This clinic was the only one near/in Saskatoon that was able to see my sick hamster same day and I couldn’t have asked for better care of Benny in his last moments. All staff were so kind, helpful and compassionate. Thanks MVH!

I've been here few times and they are friendly staff but to me that's all. I brought one of my cat in and never got checked for what I brought him in for but they seem more worried about getting his needles which weren't due yet and I was getting them done some where easy. . This time brought pet cat in for licking couple spots on rear area. Mention what I figured it might be causing or caused but there did there normal check up on pet and they were guessing because they had no proof exactly but want to give it prescriptions steroids"again.Couple days Pet not doing good so called vet. Office at 9:00 and told friendly staff memberwhat was happening and she was going to get Vet. to call. Called back at 3:00 and still have not heard from anyone not even anyone from friendly staff. They sure like to charge but I'll be going to another vet to get my pet rechecked"

This is the only place I trust with my pets. They care so much, everyone is so kind and friendly. Dr. Lange is amazing, keeps a positive yet realistic expectation when it comes to diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and payment. My dog Tilly is a pekingese and there’s always a risk with anesthetic. Both times she went under there, they had called me to let me know she was doing well under anesthesia. As a helicopter dog mom I appreciate it so much. They also helped get my mother’s dog Molly in for an emergency appointment very quickly and sadly euthanasia. They were kind to us through it and we were able to sit with Molly during the process and afterwards. They found something the previous vet clinic missed in an appointment a few days prior to her going further down hill. I’m forever grateful for this clinic. Their care, compassion, after care and fantastic staff keep me coming back. They are also very good with cats, understand the needs of cats and handle them quite well. When I brought my kitty in who had been a feral cat eating out of a dumpster outside my workplace, he was happy and comfortable at the vet! He didn’t even trust other people back then but he loved the staff enough to accept pets, treats and even a mail clipping from them!

Martenville Veterinary Hospital, has an outstanding team of professionals that go the extra for their animal clients and their human parent. They are always there to answer a question as well as to make a prompt response to a problem your animal family member is going through. Each person at Martinsville Veterinary Hospital, brings something special to their clients. It can be a simple warm voice on the other end of the phone with step by step instructions as what to do. Or it can be all of the Doctors (veterinarians) with their knowledge and expertise in coming up with a treatment plan, to best help your pet. Or it can be all the amazing techs. That are our animal nurses that give all they have in assessing the doctor and our animals. It could be as simple as a warm greeting to our pups, or with them helping in getting the temperature of our animals. Whatever the case maybe, all the members of this team show much love, compassion and shed so much light with their knowledge with every individual case. I appreciate all of them and they have helped me and my pups out so much. I am highly grateful for all of them and the never ending compassion and service they provide.

I have been to this vet twice, the first time was during Covid and there wasn't much about the service then that struck me as exemplary. However I just took my new puppy here a few weeks ago and I was actually able to meet one of the vets. I must say after 15+ years of having dogs I have finally experienced what it's like to find a vet that actually cares about my dog(s). I have met plenty of vet techs, but no vets, that have cared about my animals.Though we understandably had to wait a while because of an emergency in the clinic, the appointment was thorough and informative, and they gave us so many resources. The vet even gave us a (possibly hand made?) bandana that was so cute and higher quality material! (see picture).The puppy package that was offered is a good deal and I was happy to see that, especially because otherwise this clinic is pricey. However I actually felt for once that the price was worth it.Only downside is the puppy socialization classes are not open still because of covid. But because it's something that's offered under normal circumstances, I give them credit for that.Very happy with our visit and I hope the amazing service continues into the future!

I’ve been going here for almost 8 years. Dr. Lange has always been so amazing, thorough, caring, and so so thoughtful. She has looked after my 4 fur babies. I’ve recently moved to the U.S., and still fly down with my babies to see her for their vet needs. Entire staff is so friendly as well and accommodating. Thank you so much everyone!

I decided to try this clinic out after a less than ideal 2+ years at my prior vet in Warman. I was completely blown away by the amazing service and amount of time they spent with me learning about my 4 year old Old English Bulldogge, Kobe.They took the time to gain his trust and make him feel less anxious by giving him some light food and treats. The whole time Dr. Roberts and Dean were asking me questions, Dr. Roberts was sitting on the floor petting and comforting Kobe. This was pretty significant for me, as the prior two clinics didn't take the time to do this and I always felt Kobe was anxious and didn't want to be there or be touched by the vets or their staff; they almost seemed like they were in a rush to get the dog in and out.Dr. Roberts and Dean took all the time in the world to answer all my questions and ensure Kobe and I had a great experience. By the time we left Kobe was trying to make his rounds to meet all of their staff, which he's never done at the Warman clinic.Proud to say this will be my new clinic going forward. Beyond impressed by all the staff, their knowledge and the whole experience.Keep up the great work ladies, you're doing an amazing job!
