I am lucky to reside close enough to use this amazing OSSTF approved pharmacy and will never go anywhere else. The pharmacists are so professional and spend the time needed to explain everything necessary. This location carries every product I have ever needed and am grateful to have them as my pharmacy. You can't go wrong here either. I have never had a problem and unfortunately, because of my poor health, require a pharmacist to be knowledgeable and organized. Cassandra pharmacy is both and goes above and beyond all expectations.

I moved to the neighborhood in 2016. There was and still is this IDA, there was a Pharma Plus (even closer to my home than this IDA) up until a couple years ago, and there still is a massive Shopper's Drug Mart just a couple blocks away. I choose these guys every time for all my pharmacy needs. This family run pharmacy makes you feel welcome, remember who you are, and they are always both competent and friendly. Even when they are busy with pharmacy work, you see them rush over to make sure no one is left waiting to buy a can of coke or bottle of water. They are always well stocked on pharmacy items, and even keep some diapers and some Melissa and Doug toys in stock, reasonably priced. Love this family!

The elderly gentleman and his team at the pharmacy are incredibly accommodating. They prioritize your time, provide explanations, and assist you when instructions are unclear. They even have kid-friendly candy boxes, which my son loves.I've been here before, and they, despite being busy, never keep you waiting too long. I love coming here!I just wanted to say thank you in this way.

The location itself is in a pretty busy spot, it also has some of the nicest staff at a pharmacy I've ever encountered. It's a great family operated business, they have great service, are usually quick, but keep in mind it does get busy, so be patient.

this place is fantastic. I Called a few times and was able to speak with the pharmacist directly. They were able to get me a vaccine that was backordered for months. I’ve never been taken care of this well at any other pharmacy. They are now the only pharmacy I’ll go to.

Very nice staff. They always go the extra mile to help and they explain all the details regarding prescriptions and answer all your questions. Most of the time, they also find a way for you to save some money by recommending generic brands that are as good as the branded ones and sometimes even give discounts.

I am fortunate to be using this pharmacy for the past few years. The staff is very caring, kind and friendly. The wait times are little and they always make sure to address any concerns you have.

Very good and professional pharmacy staff. Had medication prescribed to their location and home delivery in less then 2 hours, after prescription was filled. Very happy with their services, highly recommending it!5*****
