This used to be my go to shop for auto parts but after today I will be shopping elsewhere. The staff are awesome and super knowledgeable but today I found out when returning an item I didn’t end up needing I could only get a gift card for in store credit. Even though it was in a sealed package and never opened and it was a regularly stocked item that was bought 7 days prior they couldn’t credit back my card. I feel bad for the employees having to deal with this totally ridiculous policy. I will now be buying my auto parts up the street.

Were not welcoming, they didn't have anything i was looking for, and they offered no help or advice. Not even a greeting. There wasn't a single customer in the store yet none of the employees moved a muscle.

Shopping local is important to me and I usually never take the time to write a review. I’ve been to the store 3 times in the last couple of months to find parts for the car I’m building and spend my money. The staff in the store each time I’ve been in, seem to spend a lot of time talking to each other don’t even bother to acknowledge you. When you do ask a question it seems like a big inconvenience to get some help .Couple of the other car builders I know, say the same thing. You guys want to keep your jobs maybe you should remember who helps pay the bills. It’s satisfied Customers!!!.

Employees are great and the availability of items is good. The return policy is ridiculous though. I wanted to buy a couple of extra parts to save driving 80kms but you can't return items for a refund, only a store credit. I have been buying parts at auto parts stores for 20 years and this is the first store I have come across that has this policy. Extremely annoying and very inconsiderate of people that live far away (or just want to be prepared for the job they are working on).

Not only does this outlet stock everything I could possibly need for my Grandson's Junior Dragster, it has custom accessories I wish were around back in my racing days. The staff are very knowledgeable and quilified. Plus, there's no waiting. You go in, you get served. I like that! I highly recommend this business.
