Wonderful customer service! I broke the back window in my camper and needed it replaced inside of two weeks. Artemis was able to fit schedule me in a short time. Great craftsmanship, friendly admin staff. Really fair price too! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately the estimate was done by phone and the final price was approximately $80.00 higher. When we questioned this we were told we would be given a credit on our next order?? We feel we paid a very high price for a mid quality job. Compared to the work Crystal Glass in Red Deer had done for me in previous years the quality was disappointing. A lot of silver edge shows where there should be glass. The caulking was black, messy, and hard to paint over. The workmen left without asking us to inspect the job and when we tried to give feedback no one in management responded. Sharon the Secretary was very professional but she does not seem to have backup.

We hired Artemis Glass to replace 8 windshields and 2 side windows within our fleet of trucks, this was going to be a bit of a nightmare to coordinate, to have these 8 vehicles at our shop at the same time and try not to have any downtime, Artemis worked with us on scheduling, they came to our shop and had all windows replaced and our trucks back on the road with little to no downtime.I'm very impressed with the level of service, professionalism and coordination that was provided to us, right from dealing with the office staff to their installers that were on site, we will be using them again and highly recommend their service.And let's not forget pricing, it was extremely reasonable for what we got, we've paid far more for a lot less that's for sure.

Had Artemis take care of a few rock chips in my truck's windshield. Good service and cheaper than the guys in the parking lots.

Tanner helped me out when the rear right side window on my truck was shattered by a rock. He was able to have the window replaced quickly at a fair price and vacuumed up the broken glass for me. Thanks, highly recommend.

From the get go, Tanner was amazing. Seeing as how I couldn't decide on what door or style I wanted, he was very accommodating with each quote I asked him to provide. Our door was just installed and both Tanner and Chris did an amazing job - looks terrific. Had a car windshield installed last week as well with one more car to go. I would not hesitate to recommend Artemis for all your needs. These two guys also replaced all our home windows a few years back (when it was Sunset Glass) and did a great job then as well. So happy that Tanner is out on his own now.

Hired Artemis to do my window on my truck .. was fantastic and because they were so good I got them to do my Mercedes as well the price was fair and the work was done professional and with care. I couldn't be happier with the service. Great job !!
