I have been a patient of Dr. Frame's fro about six years. He is a great listener and I feel decisions on my health care are the result of our mutual exploration of the options available. Dr. Frame has a good relationship with a number of specialists in times when I have needed referrals to cardiologists, hematologists and such.All-in-all, an outstanding, well-informed and up-to-date general practioner.

Fantastic! Dr. Frame gives excellent advice on how to meet your beauty goals without making you feel hideous in the process.I never felt rushed as they really took their time understanding what I wanted and taking into account any concerns/questions that I had. I really appreciate that they didn’t just go ahead and do what I thought was best right off the bat, they gave me their educated opinions on what would look best on me and I took it!Also, customer service is amazing! They sent me a little text check-in a couple hours after my treatment and answered my question right away.I appreciate that their goal is natural and subtle results. You don’t have to worry about getting duck lips or a frozen face, because I really can’t see them pushing more product than you need (unlike some places in Vancouver!)Highly recommend! Can’t go wrong!

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and phoned them to ask if they could include some samples for me with my order. The lady on the phone was so kind to me. When my package arrived I was so surprised with the amazing samples they gave to me. I phoned to thank them and again, they were so kind and helpful on the phone. I will definitely purchase from here again. So many places have forgotten how important customer service is, it was a nice experience to receive excellent customer service on the phone, and of course the amazing samples were very much appreciated.

Last Wed I walked by Anti-Aging clinic after work, I were attracted by their products, when I walked into the shop, Cindy greeted me and started to chat with me, she was so friendly and explain their shop and products to me very patiently and knowledgeable, she let me tried on the products according my needs, I felt so comfortable and didn't felt any stress or pushy to make me buy their products. I bought 3 products and started for few days. Of course it will not magically let my skin problems disappear in few days, but I can see my skin tone has become more even and energized. Thank you Cindy so much to listen and found out what my skin really needs. I will highly recommend my friends to Cindy to rescue their face problems. Thanks Cindy!!!
