This is my go-to online golf store. I was skeptical at first but when I tried trading in my old clubs, it could not have been easier. Golf Avenue provides absolutely everything you need to make the process painless. The variety of clubs available for purchase is terrific and the shipping is fast. This is the way golf club trade-in is supposed to work.

Bought a new Srixon driver, club was delivered quickly and was still in the plastic. However it did not come with a head cover despite being brand new and having no indication it was being sold without. Contacted customer service who explained that this order does not come with one. I am not sure why this club was the same price as all of the brand new drivers that apparently do include the head cover.I feel mislead, if there was any indication this did not come with one I would have ordered a different club.

I recently ordered 2 Ping clubs from Golf Avenue . I was please with the short delivery time and both clubs were as advertised. I had checked local shops for these clubs and they were considerably higher in price . I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Feeling ripped off. Ordered an SLDR mini driver rated as Good. The club that arrived is absolute garbage. Big scratches on the top of the head. Face is worn smooth, no grooves. Just all round beaten up. I’d hate to see what Fair condition looks like. I’ve ordered stuff before and got good value. Return policy sucks. Store credit minus shipping and insurance. Hardly worth it. It’s going straight in the bin.

I purchased a full set of Cleveland XL Halo Launcher clubs, and they were delivered very quickly. Golf Avenue was the only online supplier i could find in Canada, where I could get the Cleveland XL Halo clubs, with a Senior Flex shaft . They are great game improvement" clubs for a higher handicap Golfer. Excellent Service ."

Fantastic service! FedEx damaged my package and initially they were easy to deal with but ended up only offering to refund less than 20% of my purchase. Golf Avenue was not happy with this result and decided to deal with them directly and went above and beyond to send me a new set at no extra charge. Shipping was fast and the customer service members were very polite and fast with their response.

Bought a set of pxg’s. everything was in great shape except one hybrid which was in bad shape. I tried to return it and was told it was non returnable. I sent in an email and they reviewed the pictures and determined it was labelled incorrectly and dropped the condition to poor. Allowed me to return the club for a credit. Nice when a company doesn’t hide behind its policies and focuses on good customer service.
