If I could give a lower rating I would. Have not received my chair for nine months, cannot get a hold of anyone through email or by phone for more than one month now too. Someone on Facebook also mentioned that they have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else.
