I bought a fridge here five months ago and it continues to work perfectly. The store had a good selection of appliances ,all spotless and tested. Staff were helpful and courteous, the prices were good, the warranty was good and delivery and removal of the old fridge was fast and for a very reasonable charge. Highly recommended.

I needed to replace my ancient fridge when it finally went silent and warm. The price was half that of a cheap new one. They called me before delivery as promised, took away the old one, and even showed me where the controls are. It's working fine and saving about $15 a month on hydro. Happy to recommend.

Adding an edit, I bought a (used, Dave estimated 9 year old) washer 10 months ago. August of 2018 or so.... It had a small breakdown today, but hey, it IS 10 yrs old now, we use it a fair bit. ZERO complaints in that regard. I called for service around noon, they were able to set me up for tomorrow morning. A call later today If you're home now

Pretty disappointed. We bought a washer from here and thought the service, delivery, and installation went well. But unfortunately the washer only lasted a little longer than a year. They do offer a 1 year warranty, but we are outside of that time. It was a lot to buy a $500 washer only to have the transmission go a year+ later.

I am having an issue with my washing machine so i made a call to this location. Corresponding tech came by to see, he was very polite and nice. He couldn't fix the issue as the required tool isn't available, also didn't charge anything. I am happy with their professionalism and will definitely recommend to use.

My second visit to Discount Appliances 1068 Dundas St, London. Very helpful and friendly.First time, 5 years ago, I needed a new washer. Great service - removed old one, installed and tested replacement, 90 day guarantee, still working today.This time the oven of my stove would not turn on. Dave explained to me how to reset the automatic controls to manual. I did that and it is back to working.Thank you Dave, I'll be back next time I have a problem :)

I used Discount when I needed to install my wife's new dishwasher. I normally do all my own repairs, but the price was too low to pass up. The technician was young and polite. He did a fine job. Highly recommended.
