Our furnace (stopped working) and hot water tank were due for replacement, so we ended up going with a heat pump, tankless and furnace. The installers were done in a day - really quick and efficient. Appreciate the support from Darren (sales) as well. Prior to the installation, they sent someone to take a look at the existing furnace to see if they could get it working in the meantime (at no cost). We also got three quotes and they were about 15-20% cheaper than the others. Would recommend Coleman.

We have been using Coleman Heating for decades. Have always received excellent service from the team who answer the phones to the technicians who come to the house. They are professional and knowledgeable. A few years ago they were really responsive and helped us out of a jam in the middle of winter for which we are eternally grateful!

They are a very professional group. We met them at a Home Show in Langley before Covid. Liked what they had to offer, And being a Canadian company put them at the top of our list. They have been most helpful when we had a leak and the coils were getting iced up. They came immediately to check it out and get the unit going. Excellent job. We used Coleman to install our AC unit last Summer and had a great experience. I emailed them for a quote on a furnace service as it was over 2 years old. They responded promptly and listed out all the items included with the service. The price was really reasonable and the tech arrived on time, answering all my questions while doing a thorough inspection and maintenance on the furnace. Highly recommend for all services!

I would wholeheartedly recommend Coleman Heating and Air Conditioning. During a recent system maintenance visit, the technician found a small gas leak. He took the time to explain everything to me before proceeding to fix it on the spot rather than have to book another appointment. Every interaction I have had with this business, whether it be with the technicians directly or through their extremely patient office staff, has been nothing short of professional and courteous. They take the time to explain things in simple language so that the non-technician can understand the issue. I truly appreciate that they also take the time to make reminder phone calls when a client is due for regular maintenance checks.

We had Coleman Heating install a brand new furnace and large hot water tank in 2016. The units installed were based on their recommendations as to what would work best in our home. They send me reminders when the units are due for servicing so I don't have to remember. Everything has worked perfectly since the day it was all installed and the service appointments every 2 years have also been perfect. The office staff are super friendly and responsive when I call, the service crews are always punctual, neat and professional. Jeff Coleman and his team members are excellent at what they do. I highly recommend them to everyone and am completely satisfied to remain as one of their customers.

Last month my furnace decided to die right in the middle of that snow storm and we were freezing our butts off for almost a week waiting for another company to call us back to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Fixing it would be even longer! I decided to try phoning Coleman Heating on a Saturday afternoon knowing they were closed but hoping to hear from someone by Monday. Well...that same evening, Darren called me back telling me that he would be willing to come the next day, Sunday, for an estimate and that if I wanted to go ahead, they could install a new furnace for me on Monday! I couldn't believe it! I thought, either this is the best service I have ever received or I am being scammed. Well...Darren was amazing, helpful, professional and trustworthy. He made me feel safe and I decided to go ahead with the installation. Bright and early the next day, two young men were at my door ready to go. Voila...I had heat by Monday afternoon! I really recommend this local company and I appreciate them using Canadian made products as well. Like Darren said, he lives in the community and wants to feel proud to say hello to his customers, head held high, knowing that he has done a great job. Thank you for the warmth!

Coleman Heating installed our furnace and heat pump over a decade ago. We have continued to use them for our annual maintenance, as they consistently provide excellent and skilled service. Their office staff are friendly. I see no reason to switch!
