Very unprofessional, purchased online and my card was declined. They then called me and got the correct information for my bank and ended up charging me double. They then denied over charging me and not only that as they said same day shipping they told me in the 5 minutes of my call, someone else ordered my sign and they don't have any in stock. I was upset and said they were unprofessional and got hung up on. Didn't even have the curtasey say sorry for what happened I was the only one to apologize. Will never order from here again I suggest you save yourself the headache and do not order from here

Terrible customer service. Trying to contact them for information means you will be spammed by unwanted admail. It also appears that they gave contact info to other companies.

They send out a catalogue for 2022 and then tell me that is a really old catalogue you're looking at. But if you send us the code on the magazine we will honour the price so I do and haven't heard from them again.

I had a terrible experience, their internal communication went haywire during my printing request for Room Signs.Let's just say I am not going to order from here again.

The worst customer service imaginable. You get nothing but promises, and the run around. Used them twice and the same thing both times. Package arrives late, even when you pay for the two day delivery. They promise to get back you you, but never do, promise tracking number, but nothing. Now to fight with them to try and get a refund for the shipping fee I paid for but didn't get. Stay away from this company!!!!!
