First and last time i will ever stopIn at this place. Ordered a 12 oz “Mocha Freddo”. 7$ and change and it was horrid. No flavour at all and i think they left out the chocolate part of the mocha. Even the whip cream on top was terrible. After leaving a tip and walking out the door 8$ poorer i took a few sips of this waste of money and tossed it in the garbage.

Customer service could use improvement, minimal effort on their part. Coffee is very pricey, my large latte was $10.

I did a mobile order, my app said my order was ready so i went over there. They were still preparing it which was fine, but when my order was done they just left it on the counter and didn’t put a lid on it, didnt let me know it was ready. CONNOR who was working the espresso machine put my drink to the side of him said nothing and proceeded to make everyone elses order and he called on everyone elses orders but mine. When i asked the girl if that drink was mine after waiting for 5 minutes while the drink was on the counter she said yes, it just needed a lid. There were 3 workers and not too many people in there. If that guy is working, I suggest if CONNOR is working there go somewhere to get your coffee or else you’ll waste half the day waiting for you drink.

I have a problem. I am basically obsessed with the ham and Swiss wrap at @CaffeArtigiano the potato, the red peppers... Mmmmm just so amazing and a very filling breakfast. The staff is super friendly and the tea is always piping hot. Best place to come hang out when you're at work and need a chill moment.

$10 for 2 half full Americano’s.(I know it’s just hot water on top, but where am I going to top it off, I spent my money here to get a full coffee)No lids, 20 minute wait, microwaved food.Not sure when this location went downhill but, not really an Artisan Coffee shop anymore.

The place looks nice, heavily understaffed. Customer service could be improved. Coffee is good.
