I contacted 123 roofing in late Fall of 2020 to have a complete roof repair, down to all new plywood. Andre, who I first worked with, did a fantastic job of being very up front and detailed with the quote process, running me through their recommendations and explaining all the elements in an understandable manner.Joe, who took care of the actual roof replacement, was also very easy to work with, he kept in contact when they ran into a few short delays due to weather, provided updates on all the work and was kind enough to coordinate work with my father when I got knocked down by illness on the day work started.The work looks perfect and is a big improvement over the previous roof. There's been zero issues this past winter, despite some nasty weather and freeze/thaw snaps. Highly recommend their work.

It was my first time hiring a roofing contractor so I had to do quite a bit of research - mainly consisting of reading reviews on google and the BBB. 123 Roofing had great reviews and their quote was in line with some of the other contractors. What set them apart was my conversation with Andrea, he was knowledgeable and answered all my questions in order to make me feel comfortable.Once the agreement was signed I then dealt with Joe. I appreciated Joe's transparency during the project. He always kept me up to date in terms of scheduling but also with the little surprises that popped up. I must admit that as things popped up I prepared myself for extra costs, however Joe instead provided me with options and never once did I feel as though I was pressured into one or the other. One thing I appreciated most was the pictures, having never step foot onto a roof I found the whole process nicely catalogued in the photos he provided. Photos of the removal of the old and the application of the new.Overall I am very pleased with the work. Thanks Joe and Andre. Roof looks amazing.

Stellar experience with 1 2 3 Roofing Inc. I contacted the company to request a quote (my third) in May as my roof was leaking, to the extent that a bedroom ceiling was caving in. The first company I contacted quoted me $20K, the second gave me an unrealistically low quote with no details on what they would do.Joe Mandel at 1 2 3 Roofing was fantastic. After a virtual meeting, Joe sent me a professional quote that detailed all of the project specifications for replacing my flat roof. In subsequent discussions, Joe took the time to patiently answer all of my many questions. He emphasized his desire to have me make as informed a decision as possible. He also was open to negotiating so that both of our needs and constraints were honoured. After a few discussions, I decided that, even though his wasn't the lowest quote, it was by far the best.The moment Joe's team arrived, I knew that I had made the right decision. They were extremely polite and professional, and got the entire job done in a day and a half. Cleaned up after themselves and sent photos of the work they did. I had been concerned that there may have been damage to the wood beams due to prolonged leaking. They found no damage and were able to complete the job at the price that had been quoted. I greatly appreciated Joe's honesty and integrity in how he conducted his business.At the end of the day, I am left impressed and very happy with how the work was done. I waited to write this review so I could see how the work held up after some heavy rainfalls, and I am 100% satisfied. Highly recommend this company.

Please do yourself a favour and use a different company to complete your roofing repairs and installations. We purchased a new home in 2021 and the sunroom had a leaky ceiling prior to us purchasing the home. The individual I dealt with had agreed to complete the installation of a brand new roof for the ENTIRE home. A few months after they 'completed' the job, we noticed the sunroom was still leaking. I went up on the roof myself only to realize they didn't even touch that part of the roof. I immediately reached out to the same individual, only for him to tell me that 'that part of the roof didn't need to be replaced' even though the roof was leaking prior to his roof installation. It was clear to me that he and his team completely forgot to replace that part of the roof (which I had already paid for) and he decided to make up excuses as to why they missed it. He has since asked me to pay over $1,100 for them to come back to replace the roof (I thought it didn't need to be replaced?)Please, do yourself a favour and consider using a smaller roofing company that actually cares about their customers. This company is over priced and they do not value their work. If you use a smaller company, they actually take pride in the work they do and will stand behind their mistakes. Just a complete disappointment with 123 roofing.

I wanted to leave this review for 1 2 3 Roofing because they were the best contractor experience I’ve ever had. Not just for roofing, but with any trade. They were clear about what they would do, they were on time, respectful, clean and lived up to their promises to me. Would definitely recommend!

Joe provided me with a quick response to my inquiry about a full replacement of the roof for our Stoney Creek home, which included a very detailed quote.Because a roof can require repair or replacement of items that you won't see until the roof is stripped off, Joe's quote also priced those contingency items, that's a big plus. (Fortunately there were no surprises on this job!)Joe's crew also took photographs of the entire job which is a huge bonus, very helpful for the customer.The crew was great, there was no debris left anywhere on the property, and the replacement of all the shingles, vents, flashing, ice shield etc. was installed by the crew flawlessly.I rate the work, materials and, most importantly, the customer service at 5 stars, and I would definitely recommend 123 Roofing for your roofing needs.

We hired 123 roofing for a complete roof replacement. Well their quote was a bit higher than our other quote from another roofer for the roof replacement job, we went with them because they seem to have a better process, better materials, and more experience. They came on time, cleaned up well, and got the whole job done in two days. We would certainly recommend them as a top quality roofing contractor.

This week I had the good fortune of having my roof replaced by 123 roofing. I had appraisals from other roofing companies. I was not impressed and kept looking. 123 Roofing was replacing a roof across the road. They immediately stood out.Joe took the time to educate me on all aspects of a roof and he fully detailed the process. I felt comfortable with him. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job.They were professional, responsible, and they left my property spotless.I got a gorgeous 50 year architectural roof for a fair price. The workmanship’s warranty all the other companies offered was 10 years. 123 gives you a 15 year warranty. Joe also emails you photos of the job from beginning to end. He goes above and beyond.When the roof was finished and I looked up and knew I made a wise choice. It looks beautiful and the curb appeal of my home has gone way up.I highly recommend 123 Roofing.

I was put in touch with 1 2 3 Roofing Inc through Home Stars after a horrendous experience with another roofer. My first contact was with Joe who was patient, understood my concerns and trepidation. He was transparent and honest about all matters regarding this job. The crew was onsite exactly when scheduled. The work crew lead, Ian, was polite and courteous and led his highly competent and efficient team to completion. The roof was replaced and looks amazing and even better, no more leaking, even after 3 recent torrential downpours!!. The team left the site spotless, even swept my driveway. The whole company takes pride in the quality and standards of their work, and truly puts their customer first. Even doing periodic follow up calls to check in, well after job completion.
