Website is super user friendly. Tons of selection. Ordering online with instore pick up is fast and easy. I had a little glitch with my order and it was fixed quickly. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I won't use any other supplier.

Terrible customer service. Been a loyal/returning customer and they never fully refunded the package that got damaged and on top of that my battery pack stopped working in a month and they don’t do anything. Would give a 0/5 if I could. Lol

Always good service, which goes a long way. Hans is the best! However they used to offer free shipping if you spent a certain amount but no longer do.

I would NOT recommend this company. I ordered a power supply from them and it arrived very clearly opened, and did not work. I called them and they said it was probably their display one. I paid $200+ for something to show up broken and CLEARLY used. They said they would ship me a new one, but offered no compensation for the fact that I was missing income because of this. They said they would give me a free sample" (and didn't even do that). So they shipped me a new one but it arrived.. not in a box or with new cords
