Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Sorry to share this experience with real fruit at Victoria park. I’m a regular customer with this branch of real fruit and today Thursday the store timing was till 10:30pm. I’ve arrived there at 10:32 and door was open and also there was people in que and people having drinks on table. Still the girl at counter after few mins of my arrival just pointed out me and said we’re CLOSED!!! I respect the timing and I don’t think late by 5mins is no big deal.I made up my mind to put up a 1 star rating because I was about to leave and was checking on other stores which is open in my phone and this girl again looking and asking me why I’m still standing there and the whole crowd is watching as if I’m waiting for her mercy.I just told Nothing!!! and left the store…. That’s my last visit to the store and I’m extremely disappointed!!!I don’t know her name I don’t want describe her it’s just her attitude is ******!!!!

I had the best experience today. I ordered some shake for my family the staff working was amazing very helpful yhe guy and 2 girls they need a raise. thank

Came in today. Customer service rep (Stella) did make the drink but was more interested in being on the phone then attending Customer. Customer wait at one end and her drinks are kept at the other end. Very poor service. It's like Real fruit company is doing us a favor.

Most of the strawberry bobas are crushed! Tastes blank! Not visiting again.

Got a caramel macchiato and it was undrinkable. Went inside to speak with the lady with glasses. She Gave me attitude and told me its how its suppose to be. Don’t waste your time here, they’re not willing to help you when they mess up the taste of your drink.

Mango wasn't on top like pictured plus was bitter and sour. Drink itself was good and the homemade boba was good. My boyfriend got the strawberry banana smoothie which was insanely good. Staff should sample the fruit to see its actually fresh.

This is a small space but has good bubble tea options.They also have cute straws to sip bubble tea with.You can find their menu on display and also have baby chair available.They are wheelchair friendly entry so that makes it easier to access

Real Fruit Bubble Tea is my favourite for years and I used to frequent this location years ago.The place was neat and I am glad that they are now open till 11PM at least.I went in to buy my usual favourites - Strawberry Banana Smoothie, Diamond Mango Slush and last but not the least, Taro Milk Tea.Whenever I have asked for tapiocas, they would add the “black tapiocas” - but today they gave me the colourless ones. And the reason provided was that due to a new “policy”, the colourless ones are given by default. Fortunately, they swapped it with the black ones, but I could see that the staff were visibly “upset” about it.Moving forward, I hope they place a big notice on the wall or at least ask the clients so they know they’ve got a choice for the tapiocas.
