Update #2: Replacement flowers have arrived. They are so pretty and well arranged. A huge improvement from the first time! Their customer service was great in dealing with the situation.Update: They have reached out to me and offered a replacement bouquet to be delivered. Will update again once it arrives.Very disappointed with the arrangement received today. It looked like they were missing types of flowers so they threw together what they had left. Bunch of random greenery, broken pieces, not full looking AT ALL. It looked nothing like it was supposed to and they arrived in very cold water and are all droopy. The card it came with was ripped in half in the holder. Also came with no flower food so i can’t even begin to try and improve their state. I paid $65 for these... the next morning one of the flowers was completely dead along with some greenery.

First time using Alta Vista Flowers! It was a last minute order to be delivered and Alta Vista was amazing at making that happen! Delivered was a beautiful arrangement for my daughters 23rd! Will for sure use Alta Vista again! ❤️

I am a long time customer from out of town and was sent a discount code and free delivery if I ordered on line. It wouldn’t accept the code and I tried for over 25 minutes. I am a senior and had much trouble ordering the flowers. I called the florist and explained my difficulty and asked her if she would honor the free delivery and discount over the phone. She was very curt with me and said no. I explained I was a long time customer and would really appreciate her help. In no uncertain terms would she allow it. I will not be ordering from there again and immediately called Landon’s Florist.I forgot to mention that I had left a phone message 2 days prior and my call was never returned.

Perfect location and great friendly staff. My parents used to order all their flowers with Alta Vista Flowers. I still continue this tradition, and find their services very personable. I recently asked if they would donate something to our event to raise money for mental health, and they were quick to offer gift certificates. It's nice to see local organizations supporting causes like mental health.

Ordered flowers for my Moms birthday off their website and she absolutely loved them. I selected florists choice to put together something with seasonal flowers, it was a stunning bouquet that smelled amazing. I placed the order in the evening and they were delivered the next day by noon.

Their website kept automating the incorrect postal code repeatedly making it impossible for me to pay and I had to use a family member’s card to make the order. It was getting late in the day and the flowers we bought did not arrive at their destination. We called to make a kind inquiry as to when our delivery was going to arrive and were met with rudeness. The flowers that were delivered via the ‘florists choice’ selection were overpriced.
