If there was a negative score I would leave it!.....over $2400 in charges in 4 months... they have only come 1 time to pick up the box. Absolutely Stay away from them,!!

BEWARE! BEWARE! - before you sign the contract. I talked to a company who has a contract with Iron Mountain. They asked to remove their files to reduce charges and to move to self-storage. They were quoted a fee of $21,000 (Twenty One Thousand!!)
