I used them for 3 project and on the last project they made a mistake with the excavation stakes ! My guy followed their marks but it was wrong !!!They wouldn't own their mistakes and start blaming the guy who did the trenching ! I have to spend extra $3000 now to get everything in order .I will never use them or recommend them again .

Extremely punctual and very reliable. Ordered a RPR and compliancy both were sent out the day they were ordered. I did not have to follow up and baby sit since they communicated everything so well.

It was extremely frustrating dealing with this company. I used them because I didn't want to deal with city and getting a permit for a small addition to our front steps. I ended up doing most of the work after Paul was not competent enough to do it himself, including doing the drawing of the steps and talking to the city permit office myself. I wasted my money on hiring this company after they told me they could handle it. After I reached my max frustration level and politely told Paul I was unhappy, he stopped taking my calls and had the receptionist or someone else speak with me when I called. The receptionist was great though, so that's a positive.
