Poor Customer service. It says this is an Authorized DHL retailer but they do not accept drop-offs. Do not waste your time!

Great customer service and very friendly owner. I always use this location to ship some gifts to Italy and I have never had issue. Professional in packaging and always make my packages smaller for less shipping charge.

Unfortunatly I had to give this location 1 star. The information on their website/google is very misleading. I wanted to drop off a package for DHL pickup however they don't do drop-offs, the staff wasn't very helpful specifically an older woman there. Not only that, but their hours are wrong online. Luckily I made it within 10mins of closing just to be disappointed.

Best Location for shipment to Iraq. I shipped my package $45 less than quote getting from other center in concord.

Bad customer service, customer service hanging up on and being rude to me, they don't keep promises on delivery, they don't keep promises on calling you back with updates!DHL, why do you use them? ZERO stars! Do not use. You will be disappointed.

I want to gave them 5 stars. Excellent customer service. I hade a shipment to Europe. The lady helped me to pack my package. My package stocked in custom for 3 days and she followed with DHL Behalf of me for clearance.
