Sales broken products and won't exchange. Really bad business practice. Worse is I am being told that it is impossible that they sell non functioning products... such a lie by the manager in store. How can anyone in the retail business can be sure that all their products work perfectly? Just learn of their final sale policy so no exchange no refund once you walk out of the store, so beware. You hide behind your policy, i should hide my wallet from you as well. Will give my money to a real store next time.

I like how the toys section is on the last aisle. This way, it gives parents the chance to go through the rest of the store in peace. I also liked that I could use their bathroom after asking one of the clerks.

We found everything we needed. Low prices! The staff was very nice. The store was clean and it was an enjoyable shopping trip. I consider this store to people who likes good prices!

Seems well organized with a lot of stuff at different price points. I went close to closing time and they were cleaning. Cash was quick and efficient.

Good selection even though it's smaller than others but the checkout line is always too long and extremely slow

I bought a neon light to make a peace sign and the light didn't work. The light wouldn't turn on and I did everything I could to make it work. I love this dollarama but never buy items that need battery from dollarama or cheap places.
