I rented this place last year and the location was great, everything else however was a bit of a disappointment.First off the pictures do no show furniture so how do you figure out sleeping arrangements? The owner was a bit difficult to get information out of and in the end he over charged me for wifi which he took out of my damage deposit.The place is a bit run down, the belcony needs some TLC same goes with the stairs, there has no direct entrance to the backyard (which I had to request to be cut). It says it sleeps 12 but not easily. The 2 loft bedrooms have bunk beads, the main floor bedroom has a queen and the basement bedroom had 2 singles, plus 2 couches.Oh and there was laundry in the dryer which included the owners gitch.Was hoping for a bit better for a rental.
