I should’ve wrote a Google review about Pegasus long time ago. Before I signed my daughter up for competitive women’s gymnastics I made sure and I asked the coach the owner everybody there if they deal with kids that have disabilities. everyone reassured me yes they do, but obviously I wouldn’t be writing this review if they did. My daughter suffers from social anxiety and ADHD and I had numerous of conversations with the coach saying you have to encourage my daughter to be included in group activities and help build her self-confidence. so many times I went to the gym and my daughter was sitting out on the sideline and I explain to the coach how to encourage her to join in I felt like they didn’t take the time or the initiative to steer my daughter in the right direction. I have even went to the extent of talking to the owner to see if I can get a different coach for her I felt like the coach she had was a little bit inexperienced on dealing with a child that has social anxiety. I am truly upset with Pegasus maybe next time they can listen to a parents a little bit more better with me are paying $500 a month for lessons.

Rude, unsympathetic and lackadaisical approach of staff towards small kids:My daughter was here today for her friend's birthday. While the kids had lined up for their turn at the bars my daughter was waiting for her turn, but when her turn came she was not allowed, as the staff in-charge asked them to move to the next place. When my daughter told the staff that she hadn't had her turn, the woman (staff) stared at her angrily signaling her to not.This is not a safe behavior towards anyone by a business let alone kids.The facility should work towards training the staff of they are operating a facility for kids.

my kids been members here for years and have had nothing but a great experience. Awesome classes with super knowledgeable instructors. I’m very impressed with the measures this gym has taken to keep members safe during Covid and fully comfortable working out here. Highly recommend.

Had a birthday party for one of my kids today at Pegasus gymnastic. Place was clean, party room was big, the instructors kept the kids engaged through different activities and everyone was polite and respectful.
