Id rate Zero starsThey said It’d take 10 Minutes and it took 15.My bottom bun was covered in ketchup and I couldn't even pick it up without getting ketchup on my hand.The cook left a big red thumbprint on the bottom of my burger because they were too lazy to wash their hands. Send my daughter to buy a couple sandwiches with egg and lettuce thisearly morning(8:30 at Black Friday). She said how nice and friendly was cashier. Food was so good! I never ordered breakfast sandwich with lettuce. Definitely a game changer. Thanks for great service and food :)

The place was clean but Customer Experience very poor. I stopped by early morning because a friend wanted me to get them something to eat which I didn’t exactly know what as I wasn't very familiar with the menu. Representatives were very impatient [though no other customer was in]. And I even had to ask for them to give me a takeout train to put the drinks I bought which they just brought out & kept on the table instead of handing over to me. I usually don't like leaving bad reviews but this was a really poor experience.

All A&W is good...burgers are always good. But this location is the best. Fresh hot food! Fast service! Friendly staff. Best burgers and onion rings!

Food is good as always. The service is very slow at times. Last time it was just a guy that was holing out in the back, saw us through the window, then continued to take his sweet time coming to the front. Maybe they were understaffed and he was doing the work of a crew on his own. Definitely a staffing issue. At one point they would ask for your name. An unnecessary process that just ends in customers snappily having to repeat their names because the staff don't understand you. Not sure if it's a language barrier or the masks, or both. Other places just give you a number.

On two seperate occasions, I went in the restaurant and ordered to go a mama burger (no cheese ) I have an allergy.. On both occasions I left drove away went to eat my hunger and thete was cheese. I was hungry and on my way back home out of town. The staff I thecrestaurant were not friendly nor were they efficient when dealing with me. The one who was behind the counter was standing there. I asked him if he would take my order, he said just a minute. He went in the back and the one who was working at take out window came to serve me in between serving cars. I am not impressed, it seemed like customers were a bother to them as an older man can in and they told him to wait. There wasn't any other customers in the restaurant besides the two of us. It was not very friendly. I used to enjoy A&W but the ladt two occasions have been disappointments with food I could not eat. I do not feel like I would wsnt to go back to A& W again.

Went to this particular A&W for lunch today. First of all we waited for order for about 15 minutes while about 30 cars went through the drive-thru all getting your food. We finally got our food after asking twice. The only good thing was root beer which is hard to screw up. My wife had the chubby chicken Burger. Which was no more than a piece of chicken meat slapped in between two pieces of bread. The onion rings were a total disgrace. I brought them back to the desk and asked the clerk if she would eat them. She looked at them and said no. I had a buddy Burger which was also a total disaster. Strongly would recommend to stay away from this place

Lady working at the counter was extremely rude. To the point where we couldn't order our food.Very disappointed in this experience as we went in just to have a late lunch.There are many other places to order food from. Will not be back due to thay awful experience
