Neighbour and I houses backed up from basement drain. Neighbours basement was too cluttered so she pressured these rookie plumbers to pressure my spouse in to letting them in our basement(when our landlord already had a plumber on the way). When our plumber arrived he was turned away by the rahall guys who said they were already working on our property. After sticking a camera down the line and realizing the clog is at the main city line, they packed up their things and said it's the city's job now. Amazing standards you guys hold yourself too.

Having the pleasure of using Rahall’s services on both commercial and residential sites of various scales, I can confidently say that their technicians are professionally mannered technicians, who routinely produce quality workmanship in their all of their projects.As well, I would like to give acknowledge William who recently completed a complicated and exhausting 7 week gas line replacement project. He is someone who showed a strong work ethic and showed up every morning with a positive attitude!Thanks Buddy!I strongly recommend the Rahall Mechanical Team for any plumbing, heating, and/or cooling work you may need!

Maria and Patrick were fantastic. Came home from holiday to a leaky tub faucet and Maria was able to fit us in the next day for a fix. Patrick was great while on site and was able to fix it right away. Thank you so much!

I had left a negative review after the time of installation. There was some frustration on the billing aspect of it.After some of the things got sorted the owner himself took the time to phone me and apologize for it. He owned up to it and I really appreciate it.Some of the highlights that I failed to mention were- they showed up on time and promptly got the job done.- they were informative to the person at home and very friendly- it’s now a month down the road and everything works great!- lastly when the owner takes time to make things right it’s a very nice thing to see he cares about his company.

The wonderful man they sent to take out my water heater and replace it with a new one was absolutely awesome! He was on time quick, and efficient . The price was super good especially with the quality service. Would highly recommend this business !

Bunch of crooks. Had them out for an insurance job and had them repair a loose crimp on a water line. Get the initial bill they tried charging me 3 hours travel and then I found out they charged the insurance company 6 hours travel so a total charge of 9 hours travel for a 3 hour travel… they dropped the bill down a whole 100$ and are only charging a minimum charge of 250$ for a 5 min repair there was zero mention of a minimum rate regardless of already being payed by insurance to already be out there. Your mileage may vary.
