They did a tremendous job on out tub and tiles. Turned a nasty old pink tub and pink tiles into a gorgeous, shiny, white finish. Wish we'd had them do the floor as well.... Thanks so much for your work guys!

I am SO happy I called The Tub Doctor. They came to reglaze my tub and it turned out beautifully. I am very impressed with their work and pricing. They arrived on time and were very professional. I would have had to gut and redo my entire bathroom if I wanted to just replace my tub because everything including the vanity is completely tiled in. This service saved us SO much money. I would like to edit my review to give them a -5 stars.We recently called them to have a repair done (that was there mess up in the first place) to not only NOT get a phone call back, when we did get a hold of them (a month later) we were told that no one would be coming by to repair anything for us - ever. Because, they didn't like the truthful review that i placed on there google page - to warn other people to not use there services (for this exact reason). They were rude to my boyfriend on the phone and basically told him too bad

Don't believe the bad review from he same guy over and over, it's all from the same disgruntled person that harasses this business. This is an extremely high quality and reliable group of people that always go the extra mile and take amazing care of you. I can't say enough how kind and caring they are. I absolutely promise that you won't be let down.

Don't waste your time. VERY RUDE! They hung up on me and tried to sabotage my job and relationship with my client. CALL TUB KING. They are fast and professional and get the job done right. Tub doctor is beyond Unprofessional and very nasty to talk to. Spoiled brat Brian is the owner and was handed this company. he had his Mother contact myself and my client after refusing to do the work he was hired for. She swore at me and acted like their company was a monopoly and said she will never do business with me again. I was happy she said that but there was no need for her yelling and swearing. Her son said I told him that he was hired to do a job and that he should do it. Brian's Mommy didn't like that and Brian saw to it that his Mother would handle his pouting. If there was a misunderstanding it should have been dealt with professionally. This was the most head in the clouds company I've ever dealt with. Their unprofessionalism cost me time and money and caused me to miss my deadline for completion. If o could give zero starts I would. I'm so lost as to why an adult male owner of this company has his Mother maliciously and vindictively contact me and my clients to defend her sons very poor and u professional actions. This business will go under in no time. Zero effort shown by anyone to right the wrongs they have caused and after reading the other reviews it's clear they have e been getting away with treating people poorly for years. I'm contacting the bbb in hopes of this company starting to treat people and clients with respect. The behaviour of this company towards me, my staff, and my client was inexcusable. They also trash talked Heir comitition Tub King. I hired tub king today and they were fast and professional and the tub and sink they re finished for me look amazing.For shame tub doctor for shamePlease just retire. Very professional and beautiful work. Used a different company only 3 years ago and I was very disappointed as it started turning yellow within 6 months... A friend recommended tub doctor & oh my what a difference...my tub looks brand new! They also add a slip resistant texture so no more mats needed! Definitely recommend!
