Nice and peaceful place. Very friendly and helpful couple hosting the place.

Incredibly clean and well-kept. Small things like a non-slip mat in the shower, small heaters in the bedrooms, small motion activated night lights show that the owners really care. Hotel-like facilities make this place very well worth the price.

If there would have been a score above 5 stars, I would have given that to this place. The guest house is well kept. The rooms are comfy and clean. More importantly, the hosts are the most amazing people in the world. I felt the love and care over here that I missed at the usual commercially run places.

This is a basement suite. The accommodations are well maintained. The breakfast is continental and in our case was self-serve & undersupplied. There is no access to the yard. The location was convenient for access to Hawrelak Park and West Edmonton Mall. Check out the fabulous Bon Ton Bakery nearby.

The couple were very much friendly my husband and i stayed at the house for 2 weeks and moved to a new apartment overall services was very friendly and very clean and then she did our laundry also for us i was so surprised and folded them neatly too the next rtm i dont have a place to stay for sure i will come back to this awesome couple vwey well done we love it thank you very much FrankActually i wanted to add to this was we only stayed actually for 2weeks on the basement and we paid 700 for 1month i ask the owner if i could have back the remaining of the 2weeks money but he didnt want to give it back it was a ripped off really very expensive and very cold and hardly privacy because they were also always on the basement the people from the upstairs mu husband were not happy it was okay but it was a ripped off that we didnt get our money back..--- Naomi and Ogie 2023 January ---

Such a nice place to stay in Edmonton, the hosts were so welcoming and the B&B is so cosy and in such a convenient place! Will definitely stay again and recommend!!

An Edmonton Oasis. Very relaxing atmosphere in a great central location. Second time staying and very happy.

Linda and Frank were fantastic and very sweet! My car broke down, not only were they very caring and accommodating for my long day, Frank drove me to the auto parts store the next morning to get the parts I needed to fix my car.The room was very nice, it was snowing the day before, and they had the room warm and comfy, which many different lights. The bathroom was very nice and sparkly clean. The kitchen was great, also very clean, well stocked with teas and amenities like a kettle, stove, utensils, etc.In the morning, they provided a delicious breakfast, with danish and croissant, and they has this delicious jam.Amazing experience! Would definitely stay with them again next time I’m in Edmonton.

Pleasant, clean, fully stocked bed and breakfast with complimentary organic tasty breakfast. Courteous hosts in an area close to the world famous West Edmonton Mall. Quiet, No complaints
