Went to this store today to do some Christmas shopping. While in line I observed one of the staff members being rude to customers and especially to her co worker. When anyone asked a question she snapped at them. When her coworker asked for help she ignored her repeatedly. When it was my turn at the till she was snappy and rude to me. I held back. Then again she ignored her co worker twice in front of me. So I said hey if you would help her it would make both of your jobs easier. And then the fight was on. Worst Christmas shopping experience. Worst shopping experience of the year. I won’t ever spend my money here again. And feel like I just paid to get treated poorly. I hate it when people act like they are better than. And I feel so sorry for her co worker! (The lady was short, dark hair in a bun wearing glasses). Literally yelled at me for 2 mins in front of everyone.

some cool stuff in the store but just the guy running it could do a lot better job very poor customer service. Was not able to exchange a warped product .. ( make sure to put it on the wall with the packaging still on ) .. lol
