Darcy fit me in without an appointment, his technician Tony was excellent, gave me an honest detailed quote for my exhaust system which was very reasonable (Fair Market Price). Tony ordered in the parts and completed the full job in less than 90 minutes - AMAZING SERVICE !! I would definitely recommend this Budget Brake location to my friends. The people who work here are very honest and kind. I was told by Mr Lube that my brakes were completely worn out and needed to be changed for $700. I took my car to this Budget location for a second opinion - they checked my brakes for free and told me I don’t need to change them for at least a year. I will be taking my car here for all future oil changes and mechanical issues. Thank you so much!

I have been very impressed with the owner Darcy, and the mechanic Rob, who worked on my vehicle. They have shown to be reliable, and most importantly, they are honest. I have found that an honest Mechanic, with integrity, is hard to find. Darcy and Rob have renewed my faith in a company that will suggest only the repairs that actually need to be fixed.I took my vehicle to them after another shop quoted me on over $1000 of work that actually did not need to be done. They told me the truth, and did a very precise job to repair the alignment of my truck!

They gave me a budget-friendly quote for parts and labour after the inimical diagnostic fee but then they replace and charge you for parts not quoted, they triple the labour estimated without asking. But worst of all, the car still has the same problem as before. Wrong diagnosis, misleading quotes, zero accountability. Go somewhere else.

Darcy is amazing! He allowed me to pop in without an appointment, twice, to quickly assess my vehicle when I complained of a weird electrical smell coming from my car. Due to my schedule I was never able to leave my car there for a full day to be properly assessed but on the third visit I actually did so he realized it was the smell from a melting plastic bag that was sucked into my exhaust.After 3 visits, he still didn’t charge me a DIME to assess the car whereas Canadian Tire charges $50. These guys are great and they don’t price gauge! Just honest, good service! I will definitely be using them for all of my car maintenance needs!
