The hamburger patty was very dry and pressed flat, onions were dried out and the hot peppers were about 30% stem. It's called a hamburger btw not a single hamburger. That just sounds stupid to say. Employees looked very depressed and I was pointed at 2 times by 2 different people once to take my order and the 2nd times to dress it. I should not have to say this, It's not polite to point at people. A simple eye contact and a smile works perfectly well. Festival food is with out a doubt better then this.

Always amazing food & friendly staff. I have eaten almost everything they have to offer. Love their chicken, but honestly we're there for the funnel cakes & dole whip. A great place for your cheat day.

Wow first time trying this place the store looks good and the funnel cake as well we tried the mars bar too everything was fabulous and definitely will be going back again

The fried chicken was moist and juicy with a thin, crispy, melt-in-your-mouth batter and the waffle was soft and fluffy - a fan-taste-ic first chicken and waffles experience. Our supper was so good that we went back after the ticat game to try the funnel cakes and Dole fruit. Everything was amazing and the staff was super friendly - will definitely be back again!

Food is surprisingly amazing. Not sure what I expected. Burgers are great. The funnel cakes are huge and very tasteful. This place won't disappoint. I've been here a few times. Now if they can only find a way to pack fewer calories into those funnel cakes.

Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant. Loads of varieties of yummy dessert and food. We ordered the strawberry funnel cake and mixed berry funnel cake. Absolutely delicious and will go back to try different items again. Fun carnival food without going to a carnival.

Wow these were delicious! The Jumbo ears are kind of like a beaver tail but better and they are huge! Can’t go wrong with a slushy and the funnel cake was huge also! They put the berries and ice cream in side dishes for us to take home and everything help up awesome. It would be perfect if maybe they added a bit more of the cream cheese frosting like they did the Nutella! We will definitely be going again to try new things soon!

Great atmosphere, and all staff were very friendly and customer focused during a Forge pre-game rush. I was very impressed at the level of customer service and happiness shown by the staff with a full house and a big line. My chicken fingers and onion rings were hot and overall ok, nothing that blew my socks off but would definitely return due to the staff. If you want friendly and amazing customer service, come here for a meal, it is worth it.
