Good day !I have been a very good customer since the day the doors opened ..that said I walked in today and as I proceeded to open Ribon “as the bud tender saw me she was about as rude as can be and I was beside myself !Never in my 25 years in business have or would EVER BE SO RUDE to a client!!!That said I will not be returning to purchase anything ..my business will go to a competitor moving forward !!!

No complaints about the staff or the store itself. Many of the staff are very knowledgeable and give excellent recommendations, but, to whomever is in charge of the grounds, FIX THAT DRIVEWAY!! Your store has a moat. Off-road vehicles only!

Fantastic little shop in the heart of Embrun. Great products and in my experience my interaction with the staff was the highlight of my visit. In particular, my interactions with your staff member Gail were very informative and she was extremely friendly and easy to get a long with. I had a great time chatting with her.

Most unfriendly ‘greeter’ in a market where there are so many cannabis stores to choose from. I am 53 and she asked for my ID and barely glanced at it when I showed her it. The customer experience was terrible - we left and went to Mary J’s.

Without any doubt the rudest reception at the door I’ve ever had in 50 years.Lady demanded ID without any greeting. She actually made a strong effort to be as rude and unpleasant as possible.Went to another place down the road and was greeted with open arms.Serious management change needed. I’m never, ever going back.

Decided to give this place an other go, because they never had stock, prices we're outrageous.....and first time in, in probably almost a year now, and again, no stock. Last time ever. Good luck.Well, this WAS my go to place close to home. I've had issues with cartridges before and I was able to return them no problem, again I have a defective cartridge ( you can see the top doesn't even line up properly, the rubber seal is crushed ) that leaked and lost at least 80% of it. Now they won't refund me or exchange it. This is where the local guy beats them. Next time be sure to tell your customers when they purchase all sales are final, and not a suprise after you purchase well its on the website now so sorry" accident happen to you again."
