Clean truck stop. Parking is pretty big. The bathroom and store are very clean. They have a Subway as well as Pizza Pizza! They also have three showers. I'll be stopping here again.

I'm actually disappointed that I can only rate this place as a one star and not a half star or less. Sure, it's always stocked and readily available 24/7 but as far as customer service goes this place is beyond ridiculous. They serve truckers as they are just off of the 401. As long as there has been a gas station at this location, they have always provided for truck drivers. This is nice and all but here's where it gets super annoying. They need to have one register open specifically for truckers. Reason being, I live nearby. I have went into this place on multiple occasions to purchase just one simple item (could be a pack of gum or even a water etc) and you have to stand in line behind 5 other people who are waiting to pay for their gasoline and other purchases because a trucker is first in line and the cashier has to input all of their info. This can take 5 minutes and sometimes longer. (I know because I have had to wait when getting gas). I have put items back on the shelf and left because of wait times. All the while, you've got the cashier tending to the intercom of other truckers outside at the pumps. This is ridiculous and people should not have to wait this long in line when making a gasoline purchase or anything product wise. It is a simple fix. Open up a section or cash area specifically for truck drivers. It's unacceptable. I also cannot count the number of times I have pumped gas there and missed out on their Esso points because they don't allow to swipe at the pumps. You have to go inside the store to receive them. So, rather than get my baby out of the car seat and lug him into the store to wait in line for what feels like an hour, JUST for points, I always paid at the pump and left without countless points. Not to mention, their pay at the pumps service is ALWAYS out of order. I just stopped going there altogether and I have been a local living nearby this place for 31 years. This service station is a large inconvenience to it's customers. I tired quickly of the long wait times and not being able to use my points card at the pump. I don't even remember the last time I actually pumped gas there or went into the store. I'd much rather drive a little bit further down the road to the other Esso station or Canadian Tire Gas Bar. Bloomfield truck stop is a joke. Save yourself some time and go into town. You'll be thankful you did.

Looks like a pretty new location.MacDonald is located next door!They should post a sign on the Highway 401 to notify drivers passing by!

I have been going here since 2003. Recently, they switched to prepay only. I filled on pump 2, but their scanner can't read my card. So I head inside and I explain it to the two staff working. They were both rude, but I got the authorization and went back out to pump. I pressed that I needed the receipt on the pump because I travel for work. When done pumping, the machine is out of paper, so I have to walk back inside to get the receipt. As I'm leaving they call out, rudely, that they gave me the wrong one. I will not be stopping here again, and I recommend everyone avoid this place. It used to be so much better. Spend your money elsewhere!

The clerk told me before pumping gas that he exchanged American dollars for Canadian dollars. After I pumped the gas he told me the exchange was 1:1. Highway Robbery.

Little drug store, loads of cold drinks, pizzapizza store and subway to get snacks. Be aware the toilets are filthy.
