Another location to avoid with your service dog.Apparently if your not crippled or blind or in a wheel chair you and your mental health support service dog aren't allowed and they will challenge you to the point where I'm glad ibhad my service dog that day because of the callous treatment I was given.

I find this Starbucks is a mixed experience. Sometimes I've had great service and ok drinks from here, other times it's been a different story. Today I brought in my reusable cup which I had cleaned before coming in thoroughly but the barista on duty told me I can't use that I see milk in there

The staff were friendly and pleasant. The service was fast and there is a large variety to meet every person's needs. Centrally located in Nanaimo with a patio, indoor seating and a drive thru. Good location. Recommend

Came in for a tall decaf Americano on a Sunday just before noon, and it took nearly 20 minutes to get one coffee the lay out was not conducive to coffee pickups and mobile orders swamped the baristas

I'd give 5 stars for their friendly staff. However, I feel pretty uncomfortable since they started asking for a tip at the drive-through with set amounts, a confusing screen to navigate, and the worker standing right there. Because of this, I am hesitant to return.

I am super appreciative to be able to have a fabulous oatmilk latte on Christmas Day!! Everyone here at Terminal Mall in Nanaimo is so friendly and organized and it's such a terrific, fun environment!! It's such a treat to be here today!!
