Got scammed by Alex to switch providers while paying off a bill.Now I owe $1k because I trusted customer service. Just go anywhere else.

Everyone at Wow Mobile Boutique is amazing! Kody is so kind and helpful. Kohl is wonderful and cheerful every time I see him! Aaron has a welcoming smile every time I come by in the mall. I love this place and am so thankful for all of their help and support. You guys are awesome people ✨️❤️

I was in need of a new phone today. I went to Wow where Aaron and Cody helped me with a new phone and lowered my bill. Their customer service skills are top notch! It was a tremendously pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them.

All staff (Cody:store manger, Alex, Aaron) were very friendly and helpful and provided us the best service they could provide.Cody was also able to refer me to a specialist mobile repair shop when I asked for it.Thank you guys. Keep up the good work. Cheers!

Cody and Alysa were so helpful in helping me to get a new phone. I went to their kiosk expecting to be pressured to pay for a newer, more expensive plan that I didn’t want, as has happened at other locations in the past. But to my surprise, they found me an awesome deal with a new phone and I was also lucky enough to get some free accessories, which they helped me pick out. They offered the extras (insurance, upgrades, etc.) without being pushy, which is so important in customer service. I felt like they really wanted to help me as a customer. I am so happy with my new phone. Great job Alysa and Cody!!

purchchased a Blue Element iphone screen protector which has a small crack at the corner.Store referred me to the warranty on item without offering a replacement, meanwhile my phone is at risk of being damaged. Don't bother buying from a third party, not worth the effort

Went there to switch my plan from Koodo to Public today. The gentleman working was very helpful even though he couldn't get me the same deal as if I set up online. He explained how things worked to me and I ended up purchasing the sim cards there and setting up online at home. Great service.

I was very disappointed with the service last week. First time we went, we waited for long time for someone to serve us, no one was at the booth and by the time the salesman came, he said it was to close to closing time to sell us a phone. The next day, we came earlier, no one at the both again, no note waited over 20 minutes, the salesman had no conversation, was sick, after a good half hour of clicking told us he could not figure out the sale, and pointed to another both on the right and told us to go there or go to koodo. No Wow! There!!!

I recently updated my phone& plan and was helped by Cody Collins who was wonderful. He was super knowledgeable about the products& promotions & got me a great phone while saving me some money. Super happy with the high level of service& professionalism and would recommend them to anybody.
