Well the entire process was disappointing from beginning to end.I could not rent the right size truck at a convenient time of the day online.I was not given all pertinent information required upon picking up the truck on Culver St. in Simcoe, Ontario, CanadaI dropped off the truck on time and put the keys in the drop box but when I got home noticed a text giving me drop off instructions which I could not return and do in a dark parking lot in a bad neighborhood at 11:00pm ( I am a 56 year old woman) Sept. 2nd I received a text saying that I owe an extra $50.74 for extra mileage and that if I pay it immediately UHaul will waive the $30 late fee. I paid it the same day. The following day I received an email saying that I owe another $80.74 and that if I payed it immediately, UHaul will waive the $30 late fee. However, the email did not explain why I owe an extra $80.74. Also, my rental was not cleaned before it was given to me, It had used Kleenex, & gas receipts in the cup holders in the center console. During this pandemic I would think that they would make an effort to protect their customers and employees from contamination.Laura Shaw Port Dover Ontario, Canada
