Prices are too high and tried to trick u to buy

Total scam business dont purchase from there. Was tricked into buying 2 filters when they were not the problem and wont provide refund. There are problems with the filter at my parents home, without identifying the issue simply told him to change 2 filters. But it got worse after changing them and now say “oh you have to change to a newer filter system”, which will cost thousands of dollars. Asked to refund the 2 useless filters we were “advised” to purchase and they refused. Overall tricked into buying 2 filters when in fact a change of the whole filter system is needed. If this isnt scamming I dont know what is.
