While it may be true that they are slightly hard to get ahold of that is because the owners (Johnny and Charlie) are the ones doing the job on site and are very busy every season! They offer great knowledge and expertise when quoting and paving your driveway because they are involved from start to finish. They are an active family owned and operated business so you get full service and supervision for your job. Our asphalt driveway still looks new and has held up excellent in the last four years since CT Paving installed it. Thanks again guys.

Johnny was very professional and friendly. He completed our driveway within the time that he said he would. I also liked that we didn't have to pay anything until the job was done. Our driveway looks great.

Johnny and his team were great. Communication was excellent with accurate timelines and expectations. My young boys sat on our front step and watched the tear up and install and Johnny went out of his way to talk to them and make them comfortable.I would absolutely recommend their services.

If I could give a six star rating I would. Johnny was professional, prompt, efficient and provided a competitive price. All appointments were on time and from removal to replacement they met and exceeded all expectations. I would recommend their service to anyone. Thank you for a beautiful replacement driveway!

Johnny and his team did a great job, they are also honest with everything that they did. Everything was done within the time period that he said, plus the price was what he quoted. My driveway looks fantastic!!!!!!!

We got our driveway done from CT paving. I cannot recommend them more enough. They are punctual, know their work and it was a beautiful experience. When we moved in our house the driveway condition was terrible with cracks we reached out to CT paving and got our driveway done from scratch and I cannot recommend them more. They are fantastic and so warm. Loved the service and I would definitely tell you folks to go for them if you’re looking to get your driveway done. Best in Waterloo region!

They dont return your calls after giving you a quote even when you ask to speak to a manager. I would avoid them as this isn't a good practice to have. My time is important been calling and waiting since May and it is Nov.

I called to get a quote and Mario showed up very quickly. We were impressed! When I asked him how soon we would have the work done he said 2-3 weeks and that they would call a few days before to let us know they are coming. I explained we are planning on selling our home and want the work done as soon as possible - he reassured me it would be started in 2-3 weeks. There was no deposit or contract so we just trusted that they would actually do the work for us.Mario also told us he could cut the curb and expand the apron of driveway onto the boulevard. I didn't think that sounded like something that he could just do as it is city property. I called bylaw to verify if this was something we could do and they told us absolutely not as we have a single car garage. Bylaw told us had we gone ahead and cut the curb and expanded the apron (which would have cost us an extra $700 as per Marios quote) we would have had to fix it back to a single car apron and pay to have it fixed. As the owner of a company that specializes in paving driveways I am pretty sure he should know he can't just expand an apron and cut the curb. I do not work in anything close to this industry but common sense says bylaw won't allow that. Unbelievable! So was probably a scam to get more money.Over 3 weeks had passed and we still hadn't heard from them. I called 3 times throughout one week and left a message each time with the receptionist. I explained we are going to be selling and need to know if the company is even going to do the job or not. No one ever called back. Last week I called on Monday one last time and asked to speak to Mario. Again the receptionist took my information and once again a week later he has not called me back. We understand if your busy. But it is not difficult to make a phone call and keep your customers happy. All I wanted to know is when the job will be started. It has now been a month and a half - I have made 4 phone calls and left 4 messages with the receptionist and have not had one returned call. I am assuming they will not be showing up and now we can't get our driveway replaced this year as all the other companies are booked. We trusted them to do the work as he reassured me they would do a good thorough job explaining their process because they want to have word of mouth spread. Funny because the customer service is terrible and sets the tone for what the job would have been. Word of mouth from a negative customer service experience spreads pretty fast too.We will invest our money with another company next year if we are still here or ensure the people who purchase our home do not use this company.
