Spend quite a bit of money here and just had a bad experience. I went to the store 10 minutes to close (which I had apologized for) looking for an upgrade as my previous kit died on me. The store clerk at the time of review “mitch” was in a rush to close the store. I was told “I don’t have the time to suggest anything for you, I’m leaving in 5 minutes” and “you really had to come in this close to closing time”. Low and behold I end up spending $150 for a smok morph 2 kit and 2 rechargeable 18650 batteries. Mitch forgot to give me the batteries with my purchase. I now have to go back in the morning to grab the rest of my purchase because he was in a rush to get me out of the store and go home.I’ve had better experiences here not astounding but better. However this one was one that deserved a review. 2 stars.

Had a fantastic 1st experience.David was very kind and polite. I explained my needs and he picked out the perfect new system. He then took the time to set me up and make sure I was happy with my purchase. His coworker, was also very inviting.The store is incredibly neat, clean and well laid out.I will absolutely be shopping here again.

Will happily sell you products they are unable to service. Extremely disappointed spent 70$ on a tank and when when glass broke they said I need to buy a whole new tank.Very unprofessional wasted my money and I feel scammed.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help you find the exactly product you need. By far my go to shop for all my nicotine vape juice and supplies! Management is very nice as well!
