Friendly service and has most things you would expect at a convenience store. The parking lot is terrible and crumbling to pieces.

The worst place in Fredericton. He raised his price on his laudry machines of 50 cents (was 1.50) and put less time on the wash (was 33 min and now 31min). It it not clean (dog poop on the floor) AND when your sign say open from 7:00 or 8:00 am (because there is 2 different signs so not sure what is the right one but online it says 7:00 am) and I show up at 9, only to find it closed, is ridiculous (twice it happened on weekday). There is always only one man working, he is rude and have no skills with people..

Good and friendly service. It would be nice if owners could upkeep location. The driveway is peppered with deep potholes and the store is quite messy and in need of repairs.
