I have been told after years of self checkout that I no longer can do that because I have more than 25 items even when there r 3 or more stations open. Do they really want to lose 3 to 4 hundred dollars a week for something so ridiculous. The only reason I go there was for the convenience and not to wait in line with frozen foods. Why don't you make a self checkout for 25 items or more. Somebody is earning their bonus with that management move, pure genius.This is a reply to the owner's scripted response to a unfavorable rating. Why do I need to phone a 3rd party when it is you that has the power to make things right. Why would you ever inconvenience a bigger shopper.

Great fresh meals-to-go include salads, roast chicken, potato wedges and more. Good quality food, housewares and clothing. The PC brand has been pretty reliable. Staff are friendly. It's worth joining the free PC loyalty program as you can use points towards your purchases. Nice ambience. They have a good butcher department and nice roasts. The main negatives are the only public washroom is on the second floor and the elevator is out of service sometimes making it inaccessible for some people; clothing I've purchased there sometimes smells like fried food; they have live lobsters; the website might need work.

Dec. 2021. Bags at self checkout are less accessible than the booze, the queuing system makes no sense and as other reviewers noted, they're always out of items, especially produce - today alone they were out of green pepper, fresh thyme/rosemary, gruyere cheese, and Italian parsley(picture of parsley is from a visit 1 month after this review)

I have a disability that makes walking difficult. The powered carts here are rarely fully charged, and love to sing the song of their people when low battery, which is an alarm about as loud as an air raid siren.It's very soothing and 100% definitely not at all embarassing as you roll, slowly, being passed by seniors using walkers through aisles of $7 lettuce and staples you'll have to sell your first born to afford.

New self scan rule is really inconvenient. I have been doing it myself for years and you never have enough cashiers open. Also was questioned for everything I did then I watched a guy walk out with full cart of air fryers and food and your stuff did nothing, yet I get questioned for things I paid for…. Get it together

Good selection of natural items, baby products, friendly staff. Only complaint I would have is I bought grapes there that weren't very fresh and tasted very sour.

Visited today, they had nearly no fruit, all of the vegetables that we looked at were soft and going bad and their deli counter smelt rancid like meat was rotting somewhere and they tried to cover it with chemicals. I left my cart and walked out.

Exchanged item for something else. Wasn't rang in properly, so they stole 20 dollars in points. Woman at customer service was very rude. There was no hello, and had a very cold demeanor. She was very agitated having to train fellow employee. Constantly getting food that is a day one day from expiry .(pick up orders).

What I really don't like is the deceptive pricing stickers with the singleton price in a tiny font. Otherwise, it's your typical Superstore: not great to navigate. The parking lot and plaza is the worst in town.
