I buy my dog food at Buckerfield's & have many questions about dietary needs & ingredients. Most of the staff are very knowledgeable about the products they carry & even products they don't carry. I'd like to give a shout-out to one lady in particular (you know who you are). I bring my puppy with me & the staff is awesome with her. While shopping my fur baby can be very distracting & the staff always give her a treat and if needed take her for a quick walk while I shop.

Marilyn seems to be the only person with the ability to answer questions with integrity and kindness, I think I heard the name connie" with the original chick I answered and I'm absolutely shocked that someone like that woman is allowed to even touch the phones. Most unorganized ignorant customer service I've ever recieved. Until Marilyn took over so if you want to be treated with kindness ask for Marilyn."

We’ve started getting our dog food from here. It’s a bit of a drive from our place but the prices are competitive and the service is excellent. We’ll see how the rewards program is in time.

An eclectic store filled with everything from plants to animal feed. There are treasures and collectibles as well. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable.

There is maybe two staff worker that has been quite polite and respectful. every time I've called or went there They have been rude and not helpful in any shape or form. I rather drive far distance to get the respect that I deserve than going a block and a 1/2 away from my house. Because that's how far buckersfield is from my house. I was not going to do a review but after calling today and the way that the woman spoke to me on the phone over me just asking her for advice on Supplies she literally told me to That she could not help me and for me to just look on the Internet and figure it out myself.
