I booked a group therapy session for a friend's birthday, and we had an absolute blast! We brought her dad along too. The ladies running the joint are super accommodating and inclusive.

Must do activity for date or with friends! It’s so fun and they provide all the safety gear you need to have fun and go all out in smashing many electrical items and dishes. Highly recommend and remember to wear long sleeves to protect your skin!

What an experience! Staff was super friendly, facility was clean (until we smashed everything in our designated room), music was good, and we left feeling refreshed! Who knew smashing a bunch of old stuff could be so therapeutic! Best advice is to wear long sleeves and pants, there is a lot of flying glass & parts! Highly recommend!

This is a Saskatoon MUST DO!! They provide a fantastic array of victims... For us it was a real toss-up between the Printer, the Chandelier, and the Windshield!The pure exhilaration of destroying things is hard to adequately explain... Grab that golf club over there and ram it through a windshield. Ever played baseball with a wine glass? Did you know printers are one of the most resilient IT articles out there? And wait there's more! How about Rage against the Machine or Korn belting out Freak on a Leash while you're absolutely obliterating not only everything in the room, but every ounce of stress and anxiety you have....Highly recommended this for everyone, try the frying pan... Remarkably effective!

This was our second time at smash and we had an unreal time! We were the first ones there and asked what music we wanted, given our times and were allowed to bring in an item we each brought (laptops). Fantastic service and the best staff! Thanks so much it is definitely an annual tradition for us now.

My husband and I did this for his birthday and we both had an amazing time! There was a lot of stuff to break with the option of adding extras. A fun and unique experience for anyone who has ever wanted to break something on purpose!

I had a blast at smash therapy! Really got to let go of a lot of issues I was having. The wonderful ladies working there let me choose the music which was awesome to be able to do. 100% recommend everyone going with friends or by yourself!
