Things are great when you sign up. But when you try to pay it out you are hit with all kinds of fees that are not spelled out clearly in the agreement. Administration fees and renewal fees designed to keep you tied to them, makes it feel like a loan shark situation. They made up charges that were hard to dispute, and even continued to charge us AFTER we paid it out. We certainly had a bad experience! I would NOT recommend!

Wish I'd never signed with Hosper at all. They threatened me with legal action a month before it was due to remortgage. They trying to get a free month out of me. Guess at Hosper there is only 11 months to a year. Last year a remortgage was free to renew, it is why I signed to them. Now it's $3000.00 to have the pleasure to resign with them. Hosper is a company to avoid. I totally regret it. Alan Wiggins.

BEWARE - Communication about options & fees are not clear. Trying to discharge my mtg bcuz sold home & they are stalling so may lose deal. Lawyers dealing with this closure are impossible & unreasonable. Not to mention fees in extra of $9000. BEWARE when dealing with this company.
