This business has giving me one round whole year. my prescription was never accurate , never be able to see properly with the new glasses. My problem was never resolved. Every time I called his business they told me that we will call you back but I never got a callback from them. Finally I went there in person and I was told that your policy has ended and I cannot do anything for you.

I would not recomend this place.During my visit for an eye test the support staff seemed friendly and helpful but the doctor spoke to them fairly rudely in front of me and others.I also purchased my glasses from this location. They took longer than I was told and are very bad quality. The glare is rediculous and since it was my first prescription I did not know how bad the glare can be. I am suppose to wear them to watch tv but its like I am sitting facing a sunny window with a tv beside it. Also after only two months of wearing the screws fell out of one side, there was no sitting or dropping them to cause this, it just fell out.I am just really not impressed for the amount of money I spent.

Dr. Lo and Dr. Wong are both exceptional optometrists that take the time to go above-and-beyond with their patients. The office staff Roni and Victoria are also super friendly! Would recommend this office to anyone for their eye-care needs.

Went through 7 months of fighting with this location and getting the run around about what was taking my glasses so long. Finally got them and I can't even see out of them (need a stronger strength already). Selection is tiny and styles lacking. Waste of $$ and time. Will definitely find somewhere else.

I have never had such wonderful service. All the staff at this office are excellent especially Dr.. Wong. She made both mine and my husband's exination and purchase pleasant.

I've been to a few optometrist offices around the GTA, and I have to say that the service at this clinic is outstanding! The girls at the front desk were very helpful in answering my questions. I especially liked Roni, who genuinely cares about meeting my needs when fitting me with progressives. Overall, the doctor was attentive and I'm happy with the lenses I got!

disgusting office. filthy. optometrist is rude. dont get me started on the incompetent receptionists. would never spend my money here again. anyone is better. do not go.
