Very bad service , dishonest , seller and his sale manager contradict each other they are not negociable .

Been a customer for 3 years. I thought new ownership would improve service but no. Have been to Body Shop ( called just as often) 3 times so they can take pics of dents. I have a bumps and scratches contract that calls for free repairs . Have never heard from them. As well, was at dealership today for tire change. Need rear brakes so l asked them to give me estimate with invoice. When l got home l looked at the invoice. No estimate was provided so l called 3 times between 4:45 and 5 pm. No answer!!!! Amazing! My next vehicle will not be from them.

If you respect your time, go somewhere else.I scheduled an appointment to see the car I was interested. Drove 1 1/2 hour to get there, arrived at 5 pm I see the car i give a deposte the told me that the car needs a inspection of SAAQ , once the inspection is done they will call me to come pick up the car. I did not receive any phone calls for 3 days so I decided to call for a follow up noone wanted to answer my call I left a message they never called me back so I called again and I was told that the car was sold.I asked to speak to the manager, so I talked to the manager he told me that he will look at the file and will call me back. He never call back.the worst customer service I have ever experienced do yourself a favor DO NOT GO TO Mazda BouchervilleTo top it off, they didn't even offer me to look at anything else on their lot. No other dealership has made me or my time feel so disrespected.

Update: I recommended the dealership to my dad who bought a 2017 SUV and he asked them to replace the battery, they only checked it and said it was ok and they wouldn't change it. Less than 2 months later we had to change it as it was totally dead. I also had to change mine on the car I bought, a mazda gs 2017. Also if you call them back after the sale they don't answer and will not call you back. Initially I was happy with the sales people but seriously they don't follow up and to not replace a battery when a person is paying alot for a car is pretty bad. Also had to change brakes on my car almost right away. So good and bad. Don't expect overly much followup or fixing stuff even if two cars are bought.

Went to see a car. Test drove it. I did not see inside the engine and so on. What made me not take the car was the deal. The price was not negotiable and the trade in offer for my car was a joke. This place is also very far. You will waste your time just going there.

A true nightmare. I bought a used car in 2019 from this dealership and to this date I still remember the bad experience.Lot of issues during the purchase, forced me to buy the car with summer tires in January after they promised that the car comes with winter tires. When I wanted to cancel the purchase they said they will charge me for the lost time on their end. Was a new resident at the time and didn't know even what's they can or can't do. Took the car anyway and 2 months later the check engine light pops up...guess what they ignored all my calls. Ended up paying 3k to fix it in another dealership.More than 3 years later I still remember the incident. It's a shame that I didn't know my rights at the time but I hope that by sharing my experience, peeps will know what they are dealing with.

Believe the reviews when you read them. Certainly worst customer service I've experienced. Day of vehicle pickup, car not ready, salesman took 1 hour to make up an excuse. Documents not ready, inspection sheet seemed secretive and was not presented until i insisted. Car magically shows up ready 2hrs later, broken front grill and damaged bumper which was not there when i visited the vehicle. Returned vehicle for repairs that were not done before delivery, 1 week later, manager calls me to say car is ready to only arrive at the dealer and most repairs were not done! Big waste of time and zero customer consideration. Buy elsewhere if you can.
