None of the staff seem to know how to answer a phone or call people when they are supposed to. I continue to get eviction notices due to staff not checking if we’ve already paid rent or checking our lease agreement. Not to mention they bring staff to my home at 9pm that expect me to answer the door then not give me any information other than speak to your manager. This is harassment and is highly unprofessional! I’m disabled and shouldn’t have to fear being homeless because people don’t read/communicate before issuing eviction notices. I’ve already been waiting a month to get a reason for this behaviour and it’s happened a second time. I would appreciate a professional response, not being left to speak to voicemails/automated emails.

Review of Collier's Gardens. Poorly maintained building. Old laundry machines and heating system. The shower has no force of water! No on site person. Common areas inside building not cleaned often (even during pandemic). Not even a dustbin inside the apartment. Parking lot road is broken. Good value for money only to students because of the location. For families would not recommend it. I guess because of students who don't complaint enough they can pass away with this service!

Beware of these guys, if the building they manage does not have money they will still ask you to do work. Then they will not pay you stating that the building does not have money? Very shady business practises. They then said I couldn’t get money from Colliers because they have a deal with the building that states they aren’t liable.. Do not waste your time they are users and can’t be trusted. PAY YOUR BILLS COLLIERS!!!!!!!

Retained Colliers Commercial to represent a property listing in 2022. Absolutely brutal communications, no forward thinking or proactivity on trying to sell the property. Conduct on the borderline of unprofessional. No efforts on communication. Non existent customer service. Kept trying to undercut the price to appease some of their prominent clients trying to get a bargain, no representation whatsoever.Stay away from these clowns, they do not do business in a fair transparent manner. Will never use again.

I'm a working person making around 3000 a month. I work hard and still just am barely making it with increases across the board from groceries, bills and now Colliers increases my rent by 400.00 a month. Essentially putting me on the street. They haven't fixed any problems in the building, damages everywhere and an elevator has been out for months without an effort to fix it. Ive been here since 2020 and Now more rent. Im actively going to post on social media, have already contacted my Mla and global. These people are crooks and need light shone on them.

I won't be renting from Colliers again. I can't sleep in my bedroom because there's a vibrating noise and the blinds don't keep out the light from the parking lot. They've been ignoring the vibrating noise and they've suggested I hang black garbage bags over the blinds. They're apartments aren't designed to be in slept in.

I had a great experience with Colliers, Lindsay is Best manager, the apartment is clean and safe, I received great service overall. Whenever i have any questions or concerns Lindsay is always there to Help. Very Professional with their service. I am very Happy with my stay in Apartment. Thank you Lindsay for being so understanding.

I stayed for 2 years at a Colliers owned building, they were always extremely professional and responsive. Very easy to contact if I ever had any questions and also very organized, always felt like I was in good hands.

We rented an apartment 3yrs ago and found the management to be great. Rodrigo was our property manager for that period and was efficient, timely, professional and overall a very nice person to work with throughout our time on Pinehouse Drive. When we had issues with our neighbors and their excessive partying, he dealt with them immediately and resolved the issue quickly. He should be commended for all the hard work he does to maintain the property, and the relationships with his tenants.

The most unprofessional company that I have ever had to deal with. I have been requesting maintenance since July 18th. I submitted a maintenance request and haven’t heard back in a week so I called and was told to leave a messages. 3 messages have been left as of now and my issues have not even been acknowledged. I can use my ac and it is leaking inside of the house and I haven’t had anyone take action. This is unacceptable. After done school will never rent with colliers ever again.
