I don't usually post any reviews but if this helps anyone, I've already redeemed the effort. I went to see All Balance on a suggestion from a friend also starting acupuncture and massage treatments. My first question was if they direct billed acupuncture before I booked any appointments, they do. When I got there I was warmly greeted by Dr. Ray who quickly brought me into a treatment room and asked for some health concerns I have. My biggest health condition was my Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS), I've been dealing with this auto-immune disease for more than 20 years. In the last few years I've really been restricted in respect to movement and stiffness. Shortly after Dr. Rey started on my first acupuncture session which immediately brought some relaxation to some muscles that have been tense for quite some time. I didn't expect too much, it being my first treatment. Before heading out he sent me home with some herbs to take daily. The next day, I immediately saw results and quite a profound increase in flexibility and neck movement and more looseness in my joints. I am now into my 3rd session and feel and witness a slow whole body healing. Western medicine has no treatment for AS but I am very optimistic with the outcome of the acupuncture with Dr. Ray. I highly recommend the genuine care and confidence that Dr. Ray conveys. I hope this helps anyone that is on the fence of deciding to go or not.

Highly recommended!I don’t usually leave reviews, however, this time I felt I had to as I had a fantastic experience with Dr Ray and I am terribly grateful for him.I had a major gut issue, I was also diagnosed with under-active thyroid, and hormonal imbalance. Conventional medications didn’t help in fact made my symptoms worse. Finally after couple of years of struggling a dr found out a major gut issue stands behind of all. At this point I felt my entire gut was full with holes it was a scary experience. I was living on cooked potatoes and kefir for months as I couldn’t digest anything, my period disappeared, I had no energy at all, lost a lot of weight, and I felt I was going to die. I was so embittered that I lost all my trust in all doctors.This was the time when I found Dr Ray! After so many years of struggling he listened and really wanted to help! He also made me feel that he knows the human body. And he really DOES KNOW it! He started the acupuncture. Every time I felt something different, which I have never experienced before. I had a terribly week body and a long journey with him. He said I was a very unique experience for him too as I was too sensitive to everything and he couldn’t believe how week I was. After a few months I started feeling myself better, after couple of months I could start slowly implementing new foods and slowly but surely I became stronger. I started gaining weight and he was giving some herbals which helped to improve my whole condition. He was treating me for nearly two years and I am stronger than ever. My period came back, I can digest the food and my body can support herself without taking any medication. I can not be thankful enough for him. I don’t even know where I would be without him. He is a real miracle maker!I will never forget how he saved my health and life as well! Dr Ray is the BEST!!! Kind and trustworthy! We would need more doctors like him!I also had some massage sessions with a few massage therapist and all of them were great! I highly recommend the whole team!

I am so happy there are more options for therapeutic relaxation in the Leila North area.I have nothing but amazing experience each time I have come for a massage or acupuncture. I have recommended my friends and family and they all agree that they feel relaxed and not rushed or short changed for massage as other businesses have been doing in the neighborhood for many years.Thank you Dr. Rei and Yan, you both are amazing.

I have been suffering from chronic wrist injuries that have postponed my career as an RMT for over a year now. I received months of physio with little improvement and the injury fully returned. Within 1 month of receiving acupuncture along with chinese herbals, I have seen dramatic improvement in my condition and am very hopeful I will be able to return to work as an RMT. Dr. Ray is incredibly knowledgeable. He educated me that this was more than just a muscle injury, it was a combination of issues on the outside as well as inside. I am so grateful to get to recieve treatment at All Balance Wellness Centre. Wonderful staff, exceptionally knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. Highly recommend!

I just saw Yan Yan for a massage as my back and neck were very tight. If I could give her 10 stars, I would!! Her skills are incredible!! She found all the spots that were giving me problems and worked on them. I feel so much better; my neck and back feel loose now! She is also very nice to talk to, so that made the whole experience so much better!! I'm looking forward to the next one very soon! The clinic is also very nice, organized and clean!!

Highly Recommended!Dr. Ray is nice and professional, he speaks both English and Mandarin fluently. I go for the Acupuncture treatment because I got a bunch of issues (shoulder pain, neck pain, nasal congestion while sleeping, TMJ disorder and long-term diarrhea.) and I wanted to tackle them all at once.On my first visit, Dr. Ray diagnosed my problems and gave me a detailed treatment plan with a clear explanation of the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine.With the amazing result using the Acupuncture technique originated a few thousand years ago, I have just finished my fourth visit this evening. I would say all my issues are significantly improved after every visit.Look forward to my next visit and seeing the improvements again!

I had my neck pain, upper shoulder pain, lower back pain, having headache every morning and mild scoliosis. I was encouraged by my husband to try Acupuncture medication. Until I found positive reviews with All Balance Acupuncture. I did not hesitate to visit the place and started the medication. A great changed was felt on my second day, i felt a relieved. I was not wrong when I chose All Balance Acupuncture as I have a scoliosis to take care of. Dr. Ray healed these pain. I can work and move freely now. I recommend All Balance Acupuncture for your health issues.

Like many, I was skeptical that acupuncture would benefit me but I have to say that after only a couple of treatments I can see massive improvement in my overall well being. For longer than I care to admit I have been feeling generally run down and exhausted - for only being 40 it was a defeating feeling. I no longer feel rundown and exhausted! I sleep so much better and I feel like my breathing is even better. Don’t get me started on the constant body aches- those too are now a thing of the past. I can’t say enough good things about this place or how much of an improvement I’ve seen in just a short period. I would highly recommend any of my family or friends to try these guys out.
