Groundhog installed 2 heat pumps in my older home, and the service was prompt and professional. Chris Hopewell provided a same-day quote after conducting a thoughtful and pragmatic house inspection, and Charles, the lead installer, thought and implemented of ways, on his own initiative, to minimalize the amount of exterior piping that would distract from the aesthetics of our heritage home. The quoted price for the superior Fujitsu equipment was fair and competitive. Communication with the Newport head office was also prompt and professional. Recommended.

From start to finish the experience was great.Their sales guy was prompt, friendly and quick to answer my questions.The guy who schedules the installs was also friendly and quick to answer my questions. He was also very understanding when I had to move the install date due to the provincial lockdown.The installers were right on time and did a fantastic job. 3 heat pumps was not a small job and they did it with quality in mind. They were also great at putting things back on the mantle when they were done.Definitely recommended all around!

Great technicians and very helpful every time they visit. Sadly our ducted York unit is experiencing issues for the third winter in a row like clockwork leaving us using our oil furnace again which isn't cheap. (Normally we dont use much if any oil in the winter)We suspect the fan motor is the problem again given the new noise. The controller cards wouldn't keep the house warm at night but have been replaced. After multiple calls and waiting over 6 months the initial issues were resolved but here we are again. We replaced our old unit to get rid of noise and have a reliable system and sadly we don’t have that yet. I don’t recommend York systems. The newest noise from it can be heard by our neighbours. waiting for it to be repaired.. disappointing to say the least.

Installed 3 Fujitsu heat pumps. Installers did an excellent job. Very professional and took the time to do it right. Even found out a couple of things about house that wasn't known. Very pleased with the work and install.

Excellent installation process of two heat pumps today. The crew was professional, informative and take pride in their work.

Seemed friendly enough. I used them before and simple maintenance service was great. However on second visit I had an issue they were unfamiliar with. I was given a promise they would look into it further and they would get back to me. Now it's almost three months later and nothing. I tried to call, but no return on the voice mail message. Very disappointed.

Amazing service! My heat pump was installed within a week of my receiving the quote. The team who did the work were professional, speedy and friendly. They also did a great job cleaning up at the end.

I waited a few months to trial our new Fujitsu ducted heat pump and Moovair HRV before writing a review. The easiest way to say this is our house now has better climate control than a luxury car. It's cool when it's hot and warm when it's cold. As far as the HRV goes, we love spicy food, have 2 dogs, 3 cats and 2 small children yet the air in our house is always fresh. I can even range the humidity between desert and rainforest. As far as sales and install, fast and professional all around, their team all clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.

I needed a service and had to call 3 times a leave messages for them to call me back. We set a time and they never showed up or nor did they call me to say why they didn't show up. Since then I called and left another message and still never called me back. I went to the competition.
