Carrie (the woman running the show) was incredibly courteous and respectful with a pleasant and refreshing sassy attitude. It made my unpleasant expectations of visiting a lawyer completely evaporate.I had a very complicated problem that Carrie cleaned up and explained for me in layman’s terms. She prepared everything with competence and walked me through the process of signing with Mr. Lokken.I absolutely recommend the Lokken office and look forward to the next time I get to deal with them in the future.

Had a paper notarized there last winter, was charged $125. I was stupid, should of asked before having it done...by a student, going to have one done tomorrow in Athabasca for$50.

I tried to make an appointment with Mr. Lokken but the Secretary was rude and used the words humour me" when she wanted to know more about my reason for seeing a lawyer... unproffesional!!"
