Reasonable time, nice workers, a decent location. Tried the vegan nuggets (temporarily available until early January to test popularity)! They were absolutely wonderful.

Today i ordered a burger and fries and while i was eating i saw a blond hair in it. This is ridiculous! Who gave them food license. Never gonna go there.

I visited Bolen Books inside the Hillside Shopping Center on the 23rd of November at 9:10AM to buy my children's Christmas presents. Opening time was 9:30AM, and I walked around the food court for a minute. I found out that A&W was offering a $1 coffee, so I ordered a cup of coffee at the counter.I said Can I ask for a $1 coffee?" and the cashier asked "small? regular?". I replied "Regular black

Hamburger was served up in reasonable time even though it was busy. Located in the food court in Hillside Mall so there is lots of seats to choose from.

I don't often eat fast food but I was so pleased that I ate at A&W in the Hillside Mall food court this afternoon! The cashier was friendly which is always nice but, best of all, my meal was delicious. I had the Teen Burger combo with onion rings. My teen burger was made exactly as requested (no pickles, no onions) and it was hot and fresh with a nice thick slice of tomato and a generous portion of crisp lettuce (sounds yummy, right...it was!). The onion rings were also hot and fresh and cooked to perfection!...melt in your mouth good! I would highly recommend a stop at the A&W the next time you're at the Hillside Mall...I will definitely go back!

I have eaten at other A&W restaurants, but this is the BEST. It is my pleasure to express my appreciation to the restaurant and customer service representatives for providing excellent service to its customers. Moreover, the food is very tasty. ❤️

Sometimes you just want a burger!The food court at Hillside Mall is open, with outside seating (both covered and uncovered). Seating right outside was busy.The A & W burger hit the spot when I needed some fuel. Service was fast and friendly, and it was quite busy despite inner seating being closed due provincial COVID public health order.

Is it just me or is the size of the bacon and sausage getting smaller with every passing year? Check it out for yourself next time you get it, dont take my word for it. They charged me $0.99 for an extra slice of bacon on the All Canadian Special". Put together these 3 slices of bacon looked like they were chopped out of a single slice of bacon we buy from our local grocery store. Will I have breakfast for $12 per serving

I went to A&W yesterday around 10:15 am for lunch. Before I go there, I made a call to A&W and asked if its still breakfast time or I can order lunch too and the guy over the phone told me yes you can come and ask for it. When I asked the cashier that I want to order few lunch items and she told me they have to prepare lunch from scratch because its their breakfast time or do you want to wait 8-10 minutes.So I replied, “Alright I will wait for 10 minutes.” And she again repeated the same question in a very ignorant way and making faces on me and I replied again politely ok I will wait and she again said but we have to prepare it from scratch and I said ok and she continued to repeat the same question again and again while making the hated face towards me. And then I left after saying, “ Its ok I will leave”.I mean I have made a call before hand asking for lunch , you could easily say no to me.I didn’t understand yet and I am not person to make a bad review because I understand everyone’s situation. But I’m not sure if that was racism or what.I suggest if you are not willing work why you are at restaurant then, go home and chill. There are a lot more people who are willing to work and will sure give best towards customer service.Its bugging me and traumatizing me and A&W is one of my favourite place to eat.Why would she do that…!!!
