These guys are awesome! Had an LCD leak on my IPhone 11 and they replaced the screen and the screen protector on the same day for an excellent price. Later on, I had noticed that the screen protector was blocking my camera slightly so I took it back in and they gave me a new screen protector on the spot! Highly recommended.

Today I had my iPhone 8+ battery AND screen replaced in under 30 minutes and for just 200 dollars with a warranty included! Incredibly polite and generous service, and as mentioned prior; it is PROMPT. I’ll absolutely be back if I ever need any more repairs or accessories, and I can’t recommend Black Apple enough if you’ve got any cellular repair needs. Peace!

You have permanently closed all your locations- you’ve stolen my phone!!!!I’ve called your nanaimo location multiple times in the last 6 months- no one ever answers- I get an answering service and then I showed and up and you’re permanently closed?! I WANT MY PHONE BACK. Please me immediately or I will continue to post this message. I would give LESS than one star for this service but I have no other way to contact you but publicly.

I went in with an iPhone 11Pro Max. Battery issues. I asked them to replace the battery. I asked, will this fix the error message on my settings. The guy said yes. They replace the battery the same day, I go back and there is a new “aftermarket” battery. With the new IOS you need to replace iPhone batteries with Genuine Apple Parts. They put in an aftermarket battery and the error message still there. I said this doesn’t work for me and to put back in my original battery and return to me. The guy took out the new battery and gave me the iPhone back with NO BATTERY.I asked where’s my battery ? He said in the garbage and gone already. In order to order a new Apple battery, I need the old battery serial number. Do you know how hard this is ? The guy lied about the cost of apple parts. The guy didn’t tell me that these aftermarket batteries CANNOT be registered so that your Battery App can work.After this happened, I heard from other people that they resell my apple battery to other people.TOTAL SCAM.

My experience with the staff at the Blackapple was amazing...they are well worth going to see for any issue's with your phone...the young man was very helpful and polite and a life saver...lol...anyway's...if you have any problem's go see these guys...and fyi...very reasonable pricing.

Got my battery replaced from a technician. Battery worked great but then I realized shortly after that my proximity sensor and Face ID stopped working. Brought it in and he said it wasn’t because of his install. I don’t know how else this could have happened. Brought it to London drugs $300 to fix the sensor. Learned my lesson. Always go to a certified apple installer they will warranty anything they do.

I took my boyfriends phone to this place to fix the back camera and First of all, they were 10 minutes late after leaving a sign saying they would be back at 3:15, which I understood because we all have to take breaks. but when I came back after half an hour to pick it up. The screen on the front and the back were cracked. I know this because I had taken a picture right before going into the store and it was not there in the picture. My boyfriend called them and asked if we could bring it back in and they blamed it on me. I’m extremely disappointed with this store. You need to take responsibility and this is not how to run a business. I will not ever be coming back to this store and I will not be recommended this store to anyone. Word of mouth is a huge business source, so I would definitely take this into considerations. The new screen is now going to cost 400. What was once a 120 camera lense fix has turned into a nightmare.
