Bought my own lift kit( 6 inch bds kit) for my 2016 ford F150 and took it to this shop to get it installed. But before that i was shopping around for a shop around the area to get my lift kit installed and by far overdrive newmarket was the cheapest quote i get. It took them one day to install my lift kit including aligment. Now i been driving the truck for a week now and soo far i cant complain. I'd like to thank mark and his team for doing a good job.

I visited Overdrive today to pick up an air filter sock for my car. I called ahead to have it ordered and ready for purchase. As I'm about to purchase the item, upon explaining that friends had referred this item, I was met with looks as if I were some sort of idiot for wanting to buy this item. The sales employee was trying to give me every reason to not purchase the item and continued to judge me whilst showing me what his car looked like under the hood in the parking lot.Extremely unimpressed by the lack of service and professionalism by the sales staff.

They Installed HID fog lights, but forgot to install anti-flicker harness that was in the same box as the HID bulbs. As a result, my vehicle’s hybrid electrical system was compromised. The Owner of OVERDRIVE would NOT stand by the word of the technicians that they would install the anti-flickers harness included with the original labour due to their mistake. I was told, “ I don’t want to ever see your Kia in my shop! I have great reviews! My guys don’t make mistakes!!!Don’t you bring your Kia into my shop, ya hear?!” Hey, mistakes happen, but I was never given an option to setup an appointment. The customer service I experienced from the owner was terrible and don’t trust a word that comes out of his mouth, he won’t stand by what his company does for work. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I recently bought a new Ford F-150, and thats when I began to realize that there are a lot of similar black F-150's rolling around. So of course I wanted to be different. I ended up calling Overdrive, and then found myself in their show room. The staff were excellent and were able to show some different options. I ended up changing a whole bunch of stuff. I was very skeptical changing out stock parts, however the quality of the work was very impressive. I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Highly recommend!

Purchased led lights in 2015 that constantly broke and needed replacing, harness needing to be replaced due to rusting out which ultimately led to electrical damage to my ram truck lighting system costing me $$$. Recently (2021) I went in to get replacement parts for my tonneau cover, after waiting weeks of excuses and no replies I called the manufacturer and got my replacement parts in 4 days. Really liked the staff but after damage to my truck and lack of customer support when I needed it the most I can no longer support this store.

This place is very professional and the guy at the front desk I did not catch his name :( hes super easy and nice to talk to he goes above and beyond to satisfy the customers

The mechanics and service at Overdrive are unmatched. The vast knowledge among the staff help translate to an excellent experience with top notch work. I have a 2017 Ram Rebel, and recently I had just outfitted it with 35 inch Nitto MudGrapplers. Unfortunately I had some minor rubbing on full lock turns. Overdrive took care of this problem completely, and now my turning is even better then the stock setup. Overdrive also went above and beyond and fixed my loose tailpipe. 5 stars for their creativity, work, and service.

Howard and Mark are fantastic to deal with! Were full of knowledge and ideas for my new tire and rim combo, helped with offset since we didn't go stock and gave me an unbelievable finished product in a very timely manner. Thank you guys and your installers for such fantastic service!

I had a 2014 Silverado 4x4 these guys installed a rough country 3.5” lift on. Service was quick but they not only killed the battery in my brand new truck the guy didn’t tighten the bolts holding the driver side front drive shaft to the transfer case. I backed out of my drive way heard a clunk then shortly after the front cv shaft snapped off and spit out the bottom of the truck. I also picked up 3 of the bolts that fell out on the road. I had to have the truck towed back to them at my cost. I put half of the drive shaft on the counter and said I don’t think this should have fell off and then placed the bolts there and said I shouldn’t have found these either. Mark was good about the situation and ordered a new drive shaft right away from new roads gm at least they put back a oem drive shaft. The repair was done but I will not ever bring anything of mine back to these guys to have anything done.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a quality mechanic shop to do work (oil, tires, spacers) on my brand new truck. Tried a couple of shops nearby and was extremely disappointed. My RAM dealer then recommended I contact Mark at Overdrive and I was pleasantly surprised with their product knowledge and the superb service demonstrated by he whole staff. They ordered me a set of winter tires and had them within 1 day and installed it in under an hour. I will be back for All-Terrain tires and custom work. Thanks a lot, Mark & team! I am a customer for life and have already recommended your shop to my friends.
